Not only did they treat pesky pet stains, they also managed to remove a stubborn coffee stain from one of our carpeted stairs. I highly recommend them.

So I slept on my couch that night and didn't actually put back my sheets until the following night. So yeah I didn't "sleep" on the mattress until well after 24-hours just because it was soaking wet when y'all left the first time. And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. And you also commented that my carpet is old as if I asked and didn't know that myself. So yeah you came back and "cleaned" the mattress but besides that nothing else was done correctly.

Even after he saw how badly my upstairs carpet was stained, he still outlined what he thought would be helpful to clean the carpets, but he was also very honest about what difficulties might not be correctable. More than I could have asked for. I was VERY happy with the results. I WILL be calling him again to do other parts of the house. He's smart, well trained, 16 years of experience and is not afraid of a tough job where he has to work hard. Johnathan is a good person and a GREAT carpet/furniture/rug cleaning professional!

It appeared that Brenden was a new guy on the team and Randy was showing him the ropes. However, both were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my things as they moved their equipment throughout my apartment. When they needed to unplug my stuff, or plug in their equipment, Randy always made sure he asked me first and also explained what needed to be unplugged and why. Then, Randy made sure everything was plugged back in before he left! (Very nice attention to detail!) Randy did most of the work while he taught Brenden and walked him through the process and use of the machinery. Randy was thorough in his work and patient with his trainee and I know first-hand that that takes both mastery of the job and advanced interpersonal skills, so I tip my hat to Randy! (Well Done!!) I was amazed at the speed in which they completed the work and my carpets were beautiful and bright again and the color in my designer floor rug was restored! It literally looks brand new! Finally, I was blown away when I saw Brenden wiping down the floors (wood floors) where they stepped and where the machinery was rolled! What a nice touch!! Oh and the representatives that answered the phone each time I called, but especially on the day of service to try to narrow down the service window, was super responsive, nice, and friendly!! I will be using this service again and will refer First Call to everyone!! Thank you First Call!
