The shadiness and making you jump through hoops to find the price for a load of laundry makes me think the other post is correct about their insane prices. I shoved the other 3 comforters in the washer and started it. 23 minutes to wash spin and rinse, if you want more it'll cost you. Extra rinse and spin - 7.00. Nope. Attendant never showed up, had to use the restroom, locked. Thank goodness the dryer was free for 23 minutes-if you want more time it'll cost you... 1.00 for 3 minutes, etc. Attendant never showed their face, neither did another patron. Now I know why. This is in Whitehall people, nobody around here has that kind of money to do laundry! I had another load to do but since the first one took all my quarters I put it back in the car. What a rip. Oh, if you don't want to carry all those quarters you can download their app, add a credit card to it and do laundry that way! No thanks. Lesson learned.

The attendant was attentive and helpful and gave valuable advice regarding what size of washer would be a good value and be able to tackle multiple of my loads of laundry in one go. When it came time to empty my washer a kind stranger volunteered to give me a hand because I was wearing my sleeping infant daughter in a sling and awkwardly working around her. So kind. It's busy in here but no one seems grouchy about waiting, and most people will meet my eyes and smile back. I like that there are different washer and dryer types to choose from (there are both front load and top load washers, and some great big and some regular sized) and that the larger machines accept payment from cards. I love that there are live plants inside, what a nice touch! My only note about how the environment could be improved is that it could maybe use a couple more chairs and that the chairs would benefit from someone taking a magic eraser to them. Everything else in here is grunge free and looks very clean and well cared for! It's summer time now and it is a little warm in here, though. There is one fan running near the front to help but fair warning, you'll likely start sweating while you wait for your laundry. Overall I'm having a very pleasant experience and am grateful. I definitely recommend this friendly clean laundromat to anyone!

I honestly wanted to leave after she called me hon and told me they don't keep any cash on hand for security purposes when I asked if she could make change for a $10. She also watched me load a washer and yelled to me from her desk that it wasn't all going to fit. I understand she was trying to make sure no one overloads the machines but it just seemed like I was being closely monitored and judged the whole time I was there. The different types and charges for all the machines can get a bit confusing and overwhelming if you don't frequent laundromats. They do have a nice seating area with a tv. All in all, it does the job but I probably won't be back and it probably wouldn't be my first recommendation to friends.

The app you use to pay and see your washer and dryer's progress is easy to use. Downsides are that parking is tight, as it's in strip with several other busy businesses and the parking is shared. It would also be helpful if there were more places to sit while your laundry is finishing. I had two young kids with me and ended up sitting them on top of top-loading washers because the one bench in the facility was already in use.

There's nothing distinguishable about it, but I will give kudos to the older woman that works there in the afternoons. I used a regular-size washer and ran across the street Taco Bell. When I returned, she had removed part of my load and placed it in another washer because I had overloaded it and it started playing bass drum in there (if you've ever overloaded or unevenly loaded a washer, you know what I mean). What impressed me is that she didn't simply turn it off for me to correct upon my return. She moved the clothes, put money in the second machine and didn't charge me.
