I called SN Cleaning to inquire about the price of having four dining room chairs cleaned. A young…read morelady answered my call and told me it would be $168 for the service. I thought that was very reasonable because I'd been given the exact same quote by Chicago Couch Cleaning. However, CCC stated that there was a minimum $300 fee, so I should have something else cleaned as well. That was a no-go, so I called SN Cleaning. Why would I pay $300 when the actual service I wanted only cost $168?? That makes no sense. Also, Chicago Couch Cleaning uses an AI assistant to book their appointments. Sure, ruin the planet so you can save money by not hiring an actual person! So, that was another strike for me. The young lady who took my appointment with SN Cleaning was professional and polite, which is important to me. I called SN Cleaning on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Thursday morning. Dimitri came out and apologized for being a tad late. He was polite and respectful. I live in a condo, so he explained that he'd have to clean my chairs in the entryway of my building because the equipment was too heavy and cumbersome to carry up multiple flights of stairs. He carried the chairs down quickly without a problem and got to work. He cleaned the chairs within thirty minutes. They looked fantastic when he was done. He said they'd take 4-6 hours to dry and that I'd see the results better once the chairs were completely dry. The chairs are clean and look much better than before. I've had the chairs for seven years and this is the first time they've been professionally cleaned, so I certainly didn't expect a miracle. They're not perfect but I wasn't expecting perfection. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results. I will definitely call SN Cleaning again in the future.

They stated they could have someone out to me 8:00 am and would text me prior (as I said sometimes my baby is still asleep at 7:30 am) - well Tim the technician did text me prior to arriving and he was at my house on time. Not a huge time window for arrival but SET and ON TIME! I love that with a business. The couch did need an overall cleaning as we have not had it professionally cleaned since purchasing years back and I'm glad we went with this company. The fast response, timeliness of arriving, and service of my sectional were all worth the value (which was fair in my opinion). Tim did an awesome job - My couch looks new!

It was one of the first things I planned to replace. But after one cleaning, CCG completely brought it back to life and it looks brand new. I have two big dogs, so I have them come about every nine months and they consistently do the wall-to-wall carpet in my basement and the stairs up to the first floor as well as my couch. And the couch is done cushion by cushion and pillow by pillow. Both the carpet and the couch always look brand new after they leave. Sporadically, I have also hired them to clean other pieces of furniture that I don't use that often - to an amazing end. And recently, they started doing my custom runner up the stairs from my first to second floor. I was a little nervous about it at first as it has custom canvas trim - but again - looks fabulous. Can't recommend them enough. I have been lucky enough to have Zach and Valodia do my service that past few times and they are always on time, pleasant, professional, and really good at what they do.

I was recommended to use Eric with Midwest Carpet Care to clean my recently passed mother's condo…read more We had everything moved out, getting ready to sell. It was a three bedroom with living and dinning area about 1000 square feet. He quoted $450 +/- over the phone when he got on site he said he would do it for $438 and said it would take about 2 1/2 hours to complete, the work included cleaning/shampooing all the carpet and cleaning all stains (which were verv small in size). My mother kept a very clean home and the carpet wasn't in bad shape to begin with. Eric said he was finished 1 1/2 hours into the job so I went to look at the work and right away looking to see if the spots/small stains had been removed where we discussed prior to starting and they were still there and not cleaned completely. He did remove rust spots from under the dresser legs in my mother's bedroom that we discussed, but after shampooing rust spots appeared under the coffee table legs in the living room. In my opinion there is nothing wrong with finishing a job earlie if the work is complete and done well, but in this case the worker (Eric) did finnish earlie and the work was definitely not complete. After he left l looked closer to areas of the carpet that didn't look shampooed and they were dry to the touch, they weren't even shampooed. This is why the carpeting didn't have that uniform patterned look to it because it was not completely shampooed. At a cost of $438 dollars divided 1.75 hours (he did come back for 15 minuts to clean some of the spots he missed) that comes to $250.28 per hour! That sounds to me like a great rate, if you can get it do a good job and keep your customers happy. For one more hour of his time he could have done a quality job still put very good money in his pocket and had a happy non complaining customer. 4/30/26
