My family visits Bay Breeze because of the convenience. It is located right near our house. Bay Breeze is very quick. We usually drop in early in the morning, without making an appointment, and roll back out about twenty minutes later. They top all fluids, add air to our tires and, most of the time, turn off all warning lights in the car. They also give you a voucher for a free carwash. My only complaint with Bay Breeze is during our last two visits we've purchased the 10,000 mile oil for my wife's car. Both times the light indicating an oil change is necessary has kicked on around 7,000 miles. Despite this Bay Breeze will continue being our choice for oil changes because convenience is king. read more

Incredible workers!! It was late tonight, right before closing and I was hurrying to work when I realized I locked my keys with my phone in my car. Don't bother paying for the extra tire shine and wheel cleaner because you will not get it... when you do it's only on the one side of the vehicle. We even sprayed our own wheel cleaner prior to going through and this is how it came out. 3 separate occasions !!! read more

Beware of Clean Machine Car Wash. Wanted folks to know that they have the worst Customer Service and no follow up from damage they made. My son was down from NY over Christmas and on New Year's Eve went to Clean Machine Car Wash on 54 based on my recommendation to go there. Upon coming back to house later saw brush marks across his hood and sent e-mail as location was closed. 1: sent email with pictures-no response 2: He went next day on way out of town and they were closed 3: I went on Monday and talked to Logan the manager and he said he would send up to management- no response 4: Sent another email to them- they asked what kind of car and haven't heard back 5: Called and let message: no response 6: Today went to talk to manger at location again and no manager on site to deal with it. I drove 20 minutes to find out that they were closed sometime before 6:30 p.m. I have no idea if this is a consistent thing or a one-time issue. This place is a 4 star establishment with a possible 5 in the making (my opinion). So we took our car in for a oil change, I know if I wanted to be in and out (get there eatly). We literally was in and out, oil change, transmission fluid change and power steering fluid. All in and out about 40 mins. You also receive a free car wash that expires in 30 days. Every one is very professional and no one is trying to make you pay for anything you shouldn't have to. So I do recommend this place and after all, we all need a place to trust with our vehicles. I can say I've used this carwash no less than 3 dozen times since it has opened. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. The quality of the washes are also great for what you pay and their rubberized brushes won't damage your paint. There are many options ranging from $3 to $10. And how can you complain with free high powered vacuums to help clean out the interior while you are already tending to your dirty vehicle. My one gripe about this place is the Cornerstone Glass vendor who always has someone lurking around the parking lot like a shark ready to point out rock chips and cracks in your windshield. It seems a bit high pressure as they stop to talk and pretty much force you to make an appointment to schedule a glass replacement on the spot. I mean, do you really need someone to point out the rock chips and cracks in your windshield? Do you not already have them in your line of sight as you're driving down the road? I used to go to this car wash all the time when it was $3 for a basic wash. I thought they remodeled the place (hence the price increase), but they did very minimal remodeling. The wash itself is weak, it doesn't completely clean your vehicle and the vacuums are old and under powered. It felt like I was in a gas station car wash. read more

Clean Machine was recently bought by Mister Car Wash. I was pleased with the quality and price as well as the ability to pre clean bugs before the wash and available micro rags for drying. Since the sale, all that has changed. There is nothing available for pre cleaning and no more rags for drying. Best of all, when I got home, I discovered that the lower half of my car had not been cleaned. I tried to call them using the number on my receipt. A friendly, recorded voice answered and told me to press 3 for customer service. I thought I had been transferred when, after ringing, the phone seemed to be answered just before it disconnected me. After the second try with the same result, I found another number online. No joy as the result was the same. That was the 16th of September. I tried again today with the same result. Quality is abysmal and customer service noon existent. With the plethora of auto washes in and around Lutz, save your money and use a different one that might actually clean your car. read more

Oil change is a breeze to do at Bay Breeze Car Wash and Lube. The staff is always very courteous and efficient. They check all the car's vitals and itemize the checklist on the invoice. They will also bring it to your attention if you need to change your wipers or battery or headlight bulb, which they can do right then and there. There are multiple store locations around Tampa, but the Lutz location is convenient for the North Tampa area. When I take my car, I always get the oil change "Special" which consists of a regular oil change, complimentary basic car wash and vacuum. After you pay at the front counter, they will give you your invoice and receipt with the bar code for the free car wash next. You can always upgrade the car wash for a little extra charge at the self service machine upon scanning the bar code on the receipt if you want to. The signage around the premesis is super easy to follow so that you know exactly where to pull into first and how to get to the car wash afterwards, if you do the oil change first. You can always decide to do the car wash another day up to about 30 days later as long as you bring your original receipt with the bar code from your oil change service, which is so great! I am literally in and out usually between 15-20 minutes and spend about another 10 to 15 doing the wash and vacuum, so it fits right in with your day of errands to do. I'm a regular and would definitely keep coming back! read more

What a racket $18 for the ultimate car wash. The car wash did not even clean the windshield or the top of the car hood - spots everywhere along the car. This place used to be where I went all the time to get my oil changed. Fair price, great techs, and quick. All I can say about them now is that they are still quick! Not sure if they changed hands or what happened. First they changed their oil to a more expensive brand. I get that I had to pay more for that. This last time I went, they tacked on $10 extra to remove my splash guard...I've NEVER had anyone charge me for that. It's legit 3 or 4 screws. When I asked where that was written, they just said on my bill. There was no notice, no signage, nothing to indicate this was a legitimate new charge they added to service. I've gotten my oil changed here a handful of times, and never had a problem. They are quick and efficient and get the job done. I'm not sure how competitive their prices are, but they seem to be in line with other oil change places. I like that you get a free car wash, which includes access to the vacuums. You drive away with fresh oil in your car and a sparkly clean and detailed car. My only issue is that they often forget to reset the button inside my car that turns off the "Maintenance Required" light on my Toyota. I love the $3 car wash!! I've used it dozens upon dozens of times and have never had an issue! I usually upgrade to the $6 wash because I drive a pick-up truck and like to have the under carriage washed. But the big thing for me are the vacuums. Having three kids and a huge dog in the cab of my truck, things get messy quick. The vacuums here are great, very powerful sucking action and saves me time! I take both my wife's car and my car there probably every other week or so. The price is decent for what it is. The CarWash itself does a decent job too. You get free vacuum at the end of the CarWash which is convenient. There is also a bug wash station before the car wash which is good especially now during love by season. I have been taking my car to this place since I moved to Florida two and a half years ago. Every single time I go in they tell me about the chip in my windshield that I had originally fixed before moving here. I explained to them in Florida that I do not have comprehensive insurance and ask them to make a note but every time it's a harassment about fixing my windshield. I could have gone to Jiffy Lube for 2999 oil change service, but I came here on my way home. They quoted me 39 99 and when I got my bill it was $48. How do I know how much oil they put in? And the service to change the oil should include the disposing of the oil. This place is a sham. I will not be returning back nor will I recommend them to anyone. It should not cost $48 for a quick oil change. And they charge insane amounts when they say they take more than 5 quarts oh, yet you have no way of knowing how much oil they put in. Not a good car wash experience in my opinion. Took my car through, paid for top end wash/dry and when my car came out the whole back end was still soaking wet. I have a black car & don't want spots so I proceeded to use the vac to take the water off the back since I had no towels. The attendant came over and scolded me for using the vac to take the water off. Any other wash place I've been has wet/dry vacs Asked for manager and he said it was the type of car I had & proceeded to point out other cars in the area that had the same issue. Didn't get $$ back since "I'd already been through the wash". Going to find another car wash in the area with better product & customer service.
