Avoid at all cost. Save yourself time and money. Don't go here. One guy working. He was kind. I paid for the full service for the sedan, That's at 149. I waited 3 hours for my car to be completed. Water stains remain from him wiping. The plate was like it was never touched. Wax streaks all over. I didnt feel grimey in my car before dropping it off, but I do now. Pretty much all he did was vacuum the inside, polish the mats and wipe the body lol. I'm sure it didn't even take him an hour. Lesson learned. read more

I've had these guys clean my car before with no issues. However, I took my husband's car in today for an interior detail and the worker didn't wash the outside of my car at all. He even said "next time you should schedule an exterior clean- we offer that too!" I checked the booking again and the "wash point interior detail 90 min $99" includes " in & out wash; plus..." I got the interior but the exterior wasn't cleaned at all. Additionally, he broke off the knob of the control for the sideview mirrors and barely looked around for it- I found it on the ground near his foot and reinstalled it myself. READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!! STAY AWAY from this place!!!! Do not make the same mistake I did, I used this location without reading the reviews!! On 10/27 I brought my brand-new corvette in for a detail, the car wash center in the parking garage is dark which makes it hard to see any imperfections. Upon arriving home, I noticed several streaks throughout the entire car, I immediately called and the gentleman I spoke with (Mauricio) offered to redo it. I took my car back on 10/28. This time the streaks and residue were worse than the first time (not to mention the cup holders were not even cleaned). I contacted their customer service several times and left voicemails, finally I was able to contact someone (Lilly) on 10/31. She asked me to send several photos, which I did. I kindly explained everything and asked for a refund as I did not want to try bringing it in again for a 3rd time. Since then, my calls, voicemails and text messages have gone unanswered. GO ELSEWHERE!!!! This place is not worth the money or the aggravation. read more

Back in May I scalded this operation with a scathing Yelp review. I hadn't used their services since that final aborted attempt to have my vehicle cleaned. An urgent need for a clean vehicle forced me to reluctantly take my SUV to their Wiregrass Shops location. With great trepidation I booked an appointment on-line. SURPRISE! There was availability and the booking process couldn't have been easier or more intuitive. I arrived just prior to my appointment, even though I knew I'd probably have to wait for staff to show up and I'd be lucky if they were no more than 30 minutes late. SURPRISE! The location was open and ready and one of the staff immediately began work on the vehicle. I chose to sit and wait to keep my appointment from getting hijacked by a walk-in as had happened in the past. SURPRISE! Work continued unabated for an hour and a half until the service was complete. I was accustomed to a walk-around that would usually expose areas of residual dirt, smears and spots which would be grudgingly addressed by surly staff. SUPRISE! There was only one small wiper track on the windshield which an attendant nearly jumped through hoops to polish away and then inspect for any other possible miscues. He wouldn't walk away until I had assured him I was satisfied. I am delighted with the quality of the job inside the vehicle and out. Kudos to the management of this company for re-staffing the location with a hard-working couple who are on time, polite, personable and very thorough. read more

A total rip off. Came in yesterday to get a full detail and the guy did a half-ass job. I was told my appointment would be around 2 hours. After 45ish minutes I get a call from the guy saying he's done. I said "Wow, that was fast" and he replied with "Well there's not a lot to clean". When I got home I noticed he didn't wipe the dash and didn't vacuum the trunk at all. Also not to mention he has the personality of a card board box. No customer service skills whatsoever. The first time I used this service (Wiregrass), it went okay. The person who washed my car showed up about 15 minutes late. The second time a different guy washed and cleaned my car, and he did a great job. That was the only time I was pleased with this service. However, the customer service representative who schedules the appointments (Citrus Park area) was very unprofessional...twice! I have made appointments, but no one ever shows up. I called to ask about this and she makes excuses. She said that they are closed, but why schedule me if you know that no one will show up? I feel like she lied at times by saying that she tried contacting me, but she never left a message, plus I checked my call log and guess what...no Pronto Wash was detected! The girl on the phone rescheduled me and promised a service free of charge, but when my new appointment came up, no one showed up again! This company shows that they are very inconsiderate of customer's time and the gas they spend to drive to them to get our car serviced. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled these situations by not Contacting The Customer! Therefore, I will no longer use their services. I will be serviced by another company who doesn't treat their customers like we don't matter. It's not worth the money. read more

I found this pronto car wash on Yelp and so glad I did. Love that it is located at the wire grass mall. My husband and I had lunch while they worked their magic on my car. It was the best detail I have had. My car looked brand new and it needed some major TLC when I brought it to them. Thank you Kelly and team for doing an amazing job.
