I have the membership for unlimited washes since there is a location by my house. This is the new location that opened near the Costco in Wesley Chapel. The area gets very busy. The car wash entrance is easy enough however it shares the same area with other businesses so it can get a bit backed up when trying to enter. Actually like that they have a shaded area for staff to stand when taking the initial soapy brush to your car. Keeps them out of the hot Florida sun. They have parking areas in 2 sections for wiping down / drying your car and vacuuming. Love that their vacuums have high suction. This is something that ours lacks. My location used to have high suction but not they don't. The exit is a different story. It was quite confusing since they had cones up on what appeared to be the way that you'd exit. And the only side Open was the sauce with an arrow pointing to enter. We went the other way but then noticed that when we turned the corner that it said 1 way going the opposite direction. Oh well. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor or Manager or even have someone in management call me back. I initially thought the world of this Car Wash Company. As a new promotion they were offering their best car wash $29.99 for $24.99 a $5 off Promo and it was good for a month, but it would automatically renew unless you canceled 2 weeks prior to the start of the new 30-day cycle at the regular price which should have been $29.99 but no now they say it's $49.99 plus tax!! $53.47 As soon as I got the alert for the charge from my credit card company I started trying to contact this company by phone and on their website but they don't call you back and their phone system is horrible, I waited an hour before I got through to someone while I was on hold listening to a crazy recording that doesn't respond to you entering any of the selections offered!! When I did finally get through, I spoke to young lady named Jenny who said that they could not do anything because the new period had started and I had gone through three times and that if they were to cancel then they would have to charge me $30 for each of those car washes!! But I broke down the math to her; if it's $50 per month and you can go up to 30 times in a 30-day period then it's really only $1.67 for each car wash and I said; well go ahead and charge me $1.67. times 3 and give me my refund for the difference and cancel my membership,but they refused. This con job is known as bait and switch and it is illegal!!! Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! The wash employee told me that this is "not uncommon" and it "happens a lot". I did have to call the police department out to make a report and I asked to see the wash video. I was denied access to the video of my car in the car wash and have requested that the video stays intact for legal purposes. I am requesting that Tidal Wave repair/replace the roof trim that was torn off by their faulty towel roller equipment. The wash employee offered to tape the trim back to my car which was not acceptable. I will update review as needed. Here are the pictures of the piece of towel roller and the damage to my car. At least the vehicle is clean. when entering the wash the individual pre-sprays the vehicle, but usually only gets 1/2 to 3/4 sprayed before moving onto the next car. The gate attendants are always friendly and courteous. Recently signed up for a wash program and wanted to suspend while traveling for a month, but apparently that is not an option. You can only cancel and then restart, which I guess works, but expected better account management from their website. Tried to call them to get clarification on my options, but when they recorded announcement told me to hold I was cut off 3 times. When I finally was able to remain on hold I disconnected after 9 minutes. Guess I will just terminate my plan and reactivate next fall. Customer service is a 0-1, but the wash itself is a 5 so I am giving them a 3. read more

I was there to get mine and my wife's car , I thought washed and detailed . As I entered, I was immediately met By Richard (who should be a panhandler, or work in a Carnival, selling con games) who proceeded to" give me the special like no other. The DEAL was for $24.99+tax dollars the first month (That is per wash mind you), what he told me after he ran my credit card is that it AUTOMATICALLY rolls over and over and the price after a month goes up to $49.97! Now Mind you, after that, you pull your vehicle forward and are met by two young kids the first one swabs the front of your car only with a soapy mop and the second another youngster that guides your car into an auto car wash. Finally you are directed to Vacuums that YOU have to use yourself, no one there to clean the inside but you, for a service that will cost $50 next month!! No Armor all for your dashboard. Now here I am vacuuming my car out and I see the weather stripping from my roof, and here comes Richard again!!! He asks "is there a problem"? At this point I show him the weather striping and he says I'll have to look at the Video of your car wash and hands me the "SITE LEADER'S" card. Well I have photos of my damage. I called Mr. Robert Gambino on my way home to explain my dissatisfaction, when the weather stripping was brought up I was told that I should have read the fine print on the sign before I entered. When explaining this issue to Mr. Gambino, he said if I had such a bad experience I should go back to my old wash which I will, it is a stones throw away and does a COMPLETE JOB, Inside and out Bkleen Car Wash on the same road for $28. Mr. Gambino also assured like me that folks me that 900 people signed up for this revolving rip off. Caused deep scratches to my vehicle and they are refusing to take liability for it even though I filed a claim minutes after hearing something striking my vehicle in the tunnel of the Kennesaw, GA location. They are also refusing to provide a prorated refund of my 12 month prepaid membership. About 10 months were remains for two vehicles. We were informed we could cancel at anytime and were provided with a flyer that confirmed that. The rep did not mention nor did the flyer include anything informing me that no refunds are issued. They clean the car well but they offer free rag use. The rags smell like mold and mildew, I doubt they wash them at all not sure? While I liked the wash when I brought it to the attention of the clerk, she said fine, I will cancel your membership. The problem is they cancelled the membership THAT DAY, a membership that was paid for a month into the future. The manager came out and claimed he could not restore it, I would have to pay again to get a clean. Service was friendly and they had free Vacuum machine with a shaded space. Also lots of towels to wipe down your water marks on the car after the wash. All this for $12!!! terrible customer service.....ripped me off. submitted a cancelation ticket 16 days before billing cycle, no answer from company, was billed anyway. attempted to contact customer service on multiple occasion only to be left listening to elevator music and there adds. when a customer servicve agent finally answered, i was informed that they couldn't do anything it would have to go the dispute department, when asked to be transfered, they do not have a phone number or a transfeer line for the despute department. the depute department is only avalible to resond to youre request via e-mail ( that should be a big red flag for you) so basically any disputes or cancellations are lost on there end and you have no recourse. they tell you there is nothing they can do, you have to fight it out with youre bank. good luck cancelling or getting a despute handeled. do not use tidal wave auto spa....you have been warned! they dont even deserve the one star rating i gave them just to post the review. read more

Probably one of the best in town. Vacuums suck ..... literally I actually pass up about 2-3 car washes on the way there. Car comes out great almost as good as a hand wash. Only issue is tires that get tire shine usually ends up with a little dirt on the rim but it's easily wiped off with the provided microfiber towels. read more
