The reason for only 4 stars is... At the beginning of the car wash the attendant stands to the left of my car guiding me in. They spray the car with a pretreating spray, but only on one side of the car??... This just seems weird to me. There should be another attendant on the passenger side spraying that side as well! So weird. In addition, the brushes inside the tunnel regularly miss sections of my car due to the way they're positioned. So...I have to get out and clean off those areas myself once I go through. In all though I love my carwash! I go at least once a week! So thankful for the affordable membership (which offers a military discount! Bonus!)

There was soap which has now dried into my paint that I have to get re washed. The inside of the wheels were missed completely. Along with the back of my truck. When I went to the vacuum station they didn't have towels, or glass cleaner etc. The things you would expect to see at a car wash. Not a good experience for me bcuz I could have done a better job washing my truck at a self service car wash. Which I will now do from this point forward. Oliver and Keith stayed after closing, got on the ground, and removed it by hand with care and precision. They refused a tip and only cared that I left happy. They had my credit card information, and then I started getting recurring monthly charges. Once I realized what was happening, I tried over and over to cancel the service because, quite honestly, the price wasn't worth it to me. I even called customer service and spoke with a manager. I was specifically reassured that I would not be charged again. Guess what happened? I GOT CHARGED AGAIN. When I called back to get the situation corrected, I was told that I needed to provide proof that I had requested the cancellation and that they were not going to refund my money. So let me understand this: I contacted your company, spoke with management, was told I wouldn't be charged, you charged me anyway, and now I'm expected to prove that I tried to cancel? That is terrible customer service and an unacceptable way to handle a customer's money. What's even more frustrating is that their own website says cancellation can be done online or through the local location and that customers should receive an email confirmation after completing a cancellation request. I don't care how good the car wash is -- it's not worth dealing with billing and cancellation headaches like this. MY ADVICE: BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. READ EVERYTHING. AND IF YOU CANCEL, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. I would NOT recommend Tidal Wave Auto Spa based on my experience. DON'T GO.
