You HAVE to reinvest in your business to maintain it properly or you'll meet the same demise as other failed businesses. I have been a preferred member at this location, with two vehicles for years. Vacuum cleaner systems are constantly clogged. When I bring this to a kid's (attendant) attention he asks me to drive to the other side of the car wash to use those vacuums. I spoke to a customer who drove from the opposite side to where I was because her side was clogged. LOL. Not good. If you are going to offer air fresheners please do a better job of maintaining your inventory. You keep running out. I do not want to pull up to the self service areas after obtaining a wash to find that ALL of the employees that are working on a busy Saturday or Sunday are taking up parking spots where customers are looking to fill. This is happening way too often. I have witnessed several times customers waiting for someone to back out of space because there are none available because they are clearly being taken by an employee's car. You need to provide them space out of these areas that is reserved for customers. Once again, I pulled up to a self service bay and the vacuum cleaner was clogged and the compressed air nozzle had little to no pressure on 7/23/2024. Beware, 9 days ago my windshield was smashed inside this car wash by the final roller that dries the windshield. It was scary, and when I alerted staff they had me fill out a report and said someone would call me and "make it right." I have not been contacted by their manager or corporate. As a longtime customer, I have been aggravated by their awful customer service, but this is inexcusable. They have zero concern for my expenses and time to repair my car. Basic wash description was the equivalent of driving in the rain. Next level up was $22.00. Wash was ok except for soap left on the vehicle, blowers left much of the water on the vehicle. The buffer/roller pushed down so hard in the hood it stopped for a moment. First vacuum I used barely worked, then to find there is no window cleaner or rags to wipe off the water/soap. I've been with this car wash since it was Trinity car wash. It's only gone downhill with Take5. The scrub brushes outside of the car wash have not been filled in months. The car wash itself has broken equipment. The vacuums are halfway functional as well as the air blow guns. The carpet cleaners are always broken. Sadly this is unrelated but their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with pee all over the toilets and no soap to wash hands. Paying $60 for this? I'm done being a member. read more

I got the premium car wash at $27. When I came out of the car wash, my car was still covered in bugs and the windshield wasn't even clean. I had to take Windex and get off all the bugs on my own, then the vacuums did not even have suction so I could not vacuum my carpets. This place was a rip off go to another car wash. read more

This car wash really knows what they're doing! They have three automated stations that you can pay and the line was pretty long so I thought I'd be there a while but it moves very quickly. The car wash itself is very nice the prices range from $10 for the most basic wash $25 for the most thorough wash and they go up 5 dollars. They light up the soap in the interior of the car wash. It's fun! I love my car wash because it's so relaxing. It looks very nice. While we were waiting to pay there was a team member walking around cleaning the pay station and cleaning the screens. While we were washing our car there was a different team member cleaning the stations where you vacuum your car. My car was super clean after the car wash! I would highly recommend visiting this car wash if you're in the area. It is worth the wait if it's busy. And the blow tool was so cool! read more

Dramatic negative change from the original owner of the Trinity car wash. The standard has diminished and all aspects of this business needs attention. My car always has black marks that I have to wipe off the air compressor hoses are so short that you can barely use them in the front two seats Often times the vacuum hoses are clogged and the latest .. the chemicals are never restocked. I took my brand new 2023 vehicle to have it washed as I was going through the tunnel heard a loud pop upon parking in the vac area stepped out to inspect my vehicle found that the roof had a huge dent in it. I spoke to an attendant who took pictures filled out a claim form 2 months later no call no communication no nothing. I called Corp. told me to contact manager Dana White no call back just crickets. This is the only place I'll go to wash my car now! Although Trinity Car Wash is often busy the perks that come with the purchase of an automated car wash here are exceptional. First, don't pass up the free prep area across from the entry gates, where you can scrub bugs, dirt and grime off your car with sponges with short and long brushes. When ready for a wash, drive toward the entrance to the car wash by using any of three lanes and select a wash on the touch screen pad. I'll normally select the $10 wash which includes a triple foam wash with clear coat, an extensive rinse and wheel wash. Trinity Car Wash offers additional add on's and more expensive wash selections ($7, $10, $15, $20) and monthly car wash plans ranging from $20-40 dollars. After the gate opens, align your vehicle with the automated car wash's tracks and an employee will spray your vehicle down. Drive through the wash and blow dry. Up to this point nothing I've said really makes this establishment any different than any other car wash around. Well, what makes Trinity Car Wash a little more competitive is what's in their post wash bays. Find a covered parking spot (30 or so available) and you'll have access to two powerful vacuums hoses on both sides of your car with a tiny extension attached that'll fit between your vehicle's center console and your seats. Trinity's Car Wash's vacuums are untimed. Other places I've used vacuums to clean my car I've had less than 5 minutes and there are no extensions on the vacuum they're simply large hoses. Next to the hoses at Trinity Car Wash station are compressed air nozzles that you clean your air vents or other small areas of your car with. Clean cloths are at each bay for use with vehicle cleaning products. Trinity Car Wash supplies window wash at each station and plays various music on loud speakers for customers to listen to while they detail their car. The best amenity is the free car mat washer and dryer near the office. I'll normally run my mats through the washer and dryer and it'll eliminate the need to vacuum them. I feel I'm getting a pretty good deal for a $10 wash with the amenities Trinity Car Wash offers. I used to wash my car myself at another car wash which was cheaper but I had to pay extra to use their vacuum. The vacuum extension was too big for my car and the suction wasn't great either. I would always try to quickly vacuum my whole car before the time ran out. If I wanted to dry my car, I had to toggle a switch to turn on a blow dryer type device and walk around my car with the blow dryer to dry it. This particular place stopped taking credit cards and that became inconvenient. None of this is an issue at Trinity Car Wash. read more

Great place to get your car washed. They have 2 vacuum's, dirt blower, clean towels and glass cleaners at every bay. The automatic car wash machine was good, we had taken the "Ultimate" car wash which included the tire shine but could see some patches of dirt left on the tire rim. The car was cleaned and dried nicely. The vacuum is really powerful. They have the car mat cleaning wet and dry machines which is a bonus and cleans the mat beautifully. I signed up for a subscription in May, had to move my mother into assisted living in Illinois so I stopped by to cancel June 20th. They said it must be done online, i did so June 21st. They continue to charge my credit card July 10th and August 8th. I have filled out the online cancellation form and emailed them numerous times. 2 basic car washes have cost me $80.00 so far. My wife went through their car wash in Odessa, FL. While going through, she noticed her driver side mirror was hit by one of their cleaning machines. When the wash was completed, she got out of her car and noticed the light on the backside of her driver side mirror was damaged. She went inside and explained what had just occurred. To her surprise, the staff asked her "are you sure it wasn't damaged before you entered the car wash?" She reiterated that the damage had just occurred a few minutes ago. She eventually filed a claim with their insurance company and when all was said and done, the insurance company denied our claim and refused to pay for the damage their car wash caused because they said "there was no proof that the damage was caused by them". What a bunch of crap. Never going back to that wash and definitely don't recommend anyone else go there either. read more

My car was still filthy after rebuying their membership one day and when asked to go back through the jerk manager with red hair/beard said no at 8:05. I argued with him for 15 mins then he decided to let me back through. I called and complained to the district manager after the red hair/beard manager blocked my acct without telling me and closed it without crediting me. He lied to the district manager what happened. Never got my refund either! They are crooks! Not sure if I'm still blocked (lol) either b/c the district manager never replied back when I tried calling several times. Here is what I did and recommend to everyone reading this. Buy the $39.99 Platinum Wash Club Membership and use it everyday on your way to or from work. I say Platinum ($20 top tier package) because it comes with everything, including the hot wax which protects your car from the sun. When you do it like this you're basically paying $1.33 for a premium car wash. They put a sticker on your car similar to SunPass and the reader immediately scans it at the terminal when you go in. Everything is automated after the first time and they bill your cc every month. Every morning I get my coffee at the Starbucks nearby and then go to the car wash. If you make it a routine your car will sparkle literally every single day and you're paying almost nothing when you dollar cost average over the month. read more

The tunnel doesn't clean well leaving grease residue on your car, the towel stations and bottles are always empty and the equipment is broken. Before Take 5 bought this car wash location, it was great. There were towels available at each station with the detailing rags and widow cleaner. All the vacuums use to work. Now they have all the detailing rags with the glass cleaner and all-purpose cleaner in one location, which is inconvenient depending on where your vacuum station is.
