When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. When I buy shoes, I take them in for protective soles before I wear them. After the mess I dealt with concerning a shoe "repair" store off Kirby where they drew on my brand new cream Gucci pumps with a blue ballpoint pen and didn't even mention it to me at pick up (did they think I wouldn't notice?), I delayed getting my shoes fixed until I could find a place I could trust.
