We won an hour of cleaning through a school fundraiser. Asked them to clean the bathrooms and…read morekitchen. In an hour, two cleaners did a passable job on the kitchen counters and sink. But left the floor a mess. Wasn't expecting mopping, but didn't even vacuum up the debris they swept off the counters. Nothing was put back even close to the way it was at the start. Used heavy duty cleaner inside of a small countertop electric oven which blew a fuse. It ended up working fine once I let it dry out, but never said anything about that - would have been obvious since half the lights in the kitchen went out. Bathrooms they did the sinks and toilets, but didn't touch the floors, leaving them worse than they were at the start. Left toilet brush on the floor. In the master bath, broke a glass bottle with some nice face soap of my wife's. Never said anything. I didn't see it in the bathroom, so I went and looked in the trash and found it in there. It's a very nice soap that's about $40 for a good size bottle (that was still mostly full). But it's really less the cost and more that they never said, "hey sorry we broke this." Note that there's another review that mentions breaking an oven and not saying anything about it. Found bits of broken glass on the carpet in the bedroom too. We initially asked about doing a more thorough cleaning, but I'm glad I stuck to the one hour. The work they did was very disappointing, and I am only glad I didn't ask for any more. The details in the other sub-par reviews are spot on in my experience. Absolutely not recommended and won't be bringing them back.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but I feel like I was completely duped. By the…read morereviews I saw online of this company I was impressed at first -5 stars, women owned, and local - I thought "how perfect!" Then the day came for my cleaning and no one showed up at the time they specified. After about 15 minutes, I called and asked where they were and if they were having trouble since no one has arrived yet and the owner just said "oh ya I was about to call you, they're on their way." Right. Another 20 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying they are having trouble finding the place so I give directions and excited they are finally there. NOPE. Another 30 MINUTES passes, total of 1 hr, of waiting for them. I open the door and they just smile like they didn't just show up an hour late and no apology either. 2 people sent and they both worked in each room at the same time. 2.5 hours for a 1 bed 1 bath that really only needed the kitchen and bathroom done seems a bit odd. The place didn't even smell clean when they left and they left dust all over the floor! (Picture attached) The owner never apologized for the complete lack of respect of my time and quite frankly the job done was not worth the money. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
