I was very impressed with Joe's communication and professionalism. He was detailed, respectful and laid out the costs ahead of time so I understood what to expect. The Amazon Local deal was fabulous, but didn't cover certain types of windows I had, so those were extra. But I knew that going into it because I read the fine print and called with questions. He was honest and took pride in his work. I would refer him to any of my friends for sure. read more

Joe Leyva & his crew at Clean Image Window washing are great! They are honest, hardworking and fair! Nothing more I can say except that they are my "GO TO" home window washing company now! I've added them to on my speed dial. I've use lots of different companies over the years but felt they were trying to gouge me. They all wanted more money than they were worth. Joe Leyva is the opposite! An honest hardworking guy! Thanks for your service. I'll be using you every 3 months from here on in. read more

My double paned windows were hideously dirty. As they are very difficult to clean I decided to call in a professional. I am so glad I did! Joe spent 9 hours at my house today and I have a small house. He told me he loves to clean and it shows! He was friendly and gave me cleaning tips as well. I am just so pleased with the service I can't praise him enough. When I first called him he got back to me right away and even texted me the day before to confirm. And he was on time this morning! I was happy to give him his check for a job well done at a very fair price. I will definitely consider him when I'm ready to paint my house. read more

"I highly recommend this window cleaning service! Technicians Joe & Oscar were professional, prompt, courteous & personable. They had our windows and screens looking amazing in no time at all! We will definitely use this company again!" read more

Prompt service and amazing results. Efficient worker with great communication. Reasonable pricing comes with outstanding result. I only gave 4 stars because they want me to pay $2 extra to wash the screen which, by common sense, should be included in the window cleaning service. read more

All I can say is thank you! I discovered Clean Image through an Amazon Local deal. I couldn't have been happier. Making an appointment was easy. Joe was on time (early even) and did a thorough and professional job. I would not hesitate to use them again (and I will be!) read more

I recently had Joe Levya come and power wash my house. The order got screwed up and they thought the were only washing windows but Joe saved the day. He drove all the way back to Montebello from Sherman Oaks to get his power washer and do the job. He was fabulous. Kind, hard worker, did and excellent job and even helped me over in a heavy dresser. He has the "can do" attitude, i really appreciate. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again. You can't go wrong with Joe. read more

I recently bought an Amazon deal for window cleaning with Clean Image and booked an appointment with Joe. Let me just say how wonderful everything went! Joe (and his colleague) arrived earlier than the appointment time since he was in the neighborhood and did everything so professionally and detailed! Not only was Joe an amazing professional who clearly knows what he's doing, but he also has the perfect attitude! I wish other people we deal with are as easy going and nice as Joe...the world would certainly be a less stressful environment. He was happy and energized (never showed he's tired) and was giving very helpful advice throughout his entire stay. We will definitely be calling him back for next time. read more

Love these guys. Joe is amazing, his crew is amazing and the results are amazing. We live in Silver Lake and our back windows are very difficult to get to as they end up being 3 and 4 stories high. Joe's team make it look easy. I would highly recommend using them for any job. read more

Joe was very polite and accommodating in the bidding process. We worked out a fee and scheduled the window washing. Joe confirmed the appointment prior and was punctual. Our house is not an easy house for window washing! He and his guys came in and did the job well, and Joe even had a smile on his face while he checked each window himself on a ladder! He is a nice guy and a his company is excellent. He was recommended to me after I called around and sent people photos of our home. Our house requires the pole cleaning system and Joe was one of the only cleaners who even had it. read more

Joe and his crew came on time and did a great job. They were respectful and very accommodating. While they clean the windows they also use razors to get all the old paint off the windows so that it truly is clean. I cannot say enough about them. Please use them and rest assured the job will get done properly. read more

Joe and his team are amazing. Incredibly meticulous, professional, and fairly priced. I was looking for a reliable and trustworthy team to clean the windows and gutters at my boss' home and they completely delivered. I was in a bit of a rush to have the project completed and Joe provided an estimate and finished the job within a few days. Not to mention, he had some members of his team come back the next day to do some finishing touches. I will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend! read more

Came 1/12 hours late. I had a Groupon for 15 windows. Then preceded to tell me that my windows were French windows and would cost $2 more. Nowhere in the Groupon does it say that. I was going to have both inside and outside done. But I said that if I had to pay more for outside, then I would only do the outside and the screens. He then said he didn't feel comfortable doing my windows because I was upset. I said that I wanted the windows done because they needed to be. He said I couldn't make him and I could get my money back. With that I said goodbye and calked Groupon for a refund. read more

I was putting my condo on the market and in spite of new paint and carpet, it was still looking dull. Joe did an amazing job of cleaning floor to ceiling windows on three floors, making the whole unit sparkle. Michele and her crew did a deep cleaning, wiping down baseboard and removing water stains from toilets. They were very accommodating, arriving a day earlier than scheduled. I recommend them highly. read more

I am beyond excited to share this referral with my neighbors! This weekend I got myself the ultimate Mothers Day present...I finally had my windows cleaned (really cleaned) and all of my holey screens repaired! Joe Leyva from Clean Image was Ahhhhmazing! I had spider webs in between the glass where A/C window units were and you could not get to. He pulled out the units with gentle care, cleaned the windows spotless and then replaced the units. Not only did he clean the windows, he cleaned the tracks, window sills, replaced screens I didn't even ask for, and left zero mess for me. I also had a film/residue on a lot of my mirrors from years of buildup and he went around and threw in a cleaning of every mirror in the house! Worth every penny I paid him and his awesome helper, Valentine. If you want your windows to sparkle for spring, I would highly recommend calling Joe at Clean Image. He is also extremely pleasant to work with...genuinely nice people. read more
