I told him I wanted a $16 wash and that I was not interested in a monthly membership. I said Ive heard this all before and I am not interested and sat there holding out a twenty. He wouldn't take and again asked me WHY I didn't want to upgrade. I said, "didn't you hear what I said." to which he replied "yes, didn't you hear what I said!" To which I put my car I. reverse and slowly back out the 100 feet to escape. This is a corporate problem. there has to be be some kind of corporate push or contest to make these kids so annoying. I keep seeing replies from the owners of this business, but nothing changes time to time. I'm sure they have cameras and they will verify my story. as I was backing out I saw the kid laughing and scraping his hands together in that motion that says I'm done. well business..........I'm done. I've never seen a business that treats their customers so rudely and aggressively to the point of driving away customers. I will never go back And you shouldn't either.

Overall could not be more disappointed and especially with respect to the price. $53 was not well spend.

I figured I had to be on to something. I like the location. This part of Wilson Mills is not terribly busy. You simply turn in like you're going to the cleaners, but continue around the back of the building. The prices were reasonable. I got the works for $16.50. The man working was very nice and efficient. He even thanked me for giving them a try (like he had ESP). I was thrilled that they pre-spray. Inside I noticed the materials were soft, so this put me at ease. I've had horror stories in this department at other places. I really felt like I was getting a deep wash. I drove down the road and inspected the finished product. I must say my street salt beaten and battered baby looked good as new! The only thing I wish was that my tires were shinier. They do have a tire upgrade and I forgot to add it so that's my fault. I'm willing to give them another shot with the $2.00 enhanced tire experience.

It's great for when you're feeling lazy or have a car full of kids and don't want to get out to pump gas. You just hand the young fella attendant some dough and off he goes to fuel up your vehicle. Some people may complain about having to tip the attendants, but I say they're providing a service, so yes, you should tip them. It's common courtesy. I've never used a credit card at this station and from the sounds of other reviews, you should be cautious about it, too. So, my best advice is to use cash only, just to be on the safe side. To me, the OK is a nostalgic part of Willowick history. It used to be a 76 station back in the day. Definitely check it out. I've never had an issue with the car wash either.

I pulled up asked the young man that came to help me for a fill up, 4 rockstars, and a cartoon of LD red 100's. The young man said LD menthol, I said no the reds. He started the pump after I popped it open for him, as the gas was pumping he went inside to get my cigarettes, came out with the wrong carton as said "Shorts" I repeated LD red 100's. He then went back in and started to walk around between getting my beverages and finishing out the gas. All with the carton on his hand. It wasn't until he came out of the register hut and said the total and took my card and asked if I wanted a receipt. He came came back out at handed me the wrong carton of smokes and the wrong beverages he got me monsters not rockstars and when I said I asked for rockstars and LD red 100's. He went to go correct the error, and they were telling him what he usually does (which means this is not anywhere near the first time this young man has made an error) his co workers told him that was not how to use the register to correct the error. The next thing I know the Owner young man came out already heated, and accused me of not saying exactly what I needed correctly and started accusing of lying. He also said that he has had a problem with me before. Again I have been going there for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I even congratulated the young man when he told me that he bought into the business. I also told him that for what it is worth, I was proud of him. I have been acquainted with this young man since he was 16. Back to this evening, he continued to not only give me an attitude but then started shouting at other customers. All while still calling me a liar. Stating that he tends to beleive his employee that has something to loose, as where my only issue is I got berated and accused of being a liar, and am out $120 + until my bank gives me the money back because his employee wasn't paying attention to what I said, and charged me for the wrong items. Then I am the one that gets banned for supposedly being a liar. Which is no way to run a business. I could understand if I was being obnoxious or loud of swearing or being just a complete jerk. I even offered to move my car up to not block other customers. But some how I am in the wrong. What the young owner doesn't understand is that it wouldn't matter if he didn't ban me, after the way he was acting I would never go back there again. Their gas is always higher than anywhere else in the area, half the time they don't have what people need. I also have driven away with the wrong items before and just sucked it up. With the holidays upon us we all need every dime we have. I just hope that my money will be refunded as promised and further legal actions do not need to be made. The way that young man is acting towards customers was very aggressive and scary. So beware of going there, if you don't want to be accused of being a liar. And being threatened by the owner. Just never will I ever go back there and neither will any of the many friends I know that frequent there.

Both are constantly serving up drugs to customers while working. If you are a cute girl you can definitely get your car washed for free, as those same young men are constantly giving away free carwashes to pretty young women. Daily. The site manager Ken Deavers is completely checked out. As he is aware of all of this. He does nothing for his staff, other than enable their unproffesional behaviors. And ignore the illegal activities going on. Cars are continually getting damaged, whilst going through the wash, it is an almost daily if not for sure a weekly occurrence. Most of which is caused by staff not caring when loading cars into the tunnel, and loading cars incorrectly. And known faulty wash equipment. Like I said, most of their quipment is broken and doesn't run correctly. Causing many unnecessary claims from incident reports that corparate ends up not paying the customer for said damages. Usually for some made up reason as to why the cliam is denied. The area regional manager (Dan Yannick) of this site is also known to have stolen Valor. He states he is an army veteran, from the gulf War, but in actuality he was Dishonorably Discharged while still completing basic training, for hitting his commanding officer. Which makes no sense as he was the main person working there that made it worthwhile in stopping by. Jim Roush, and Express Wash Concepts, which is the parent company, and the rest of the ownership of this carwash chain obviously do not really care about branding, staffing, or community. They are seemingly running what is going to be another failed OH corporate chain. Just like Winking Lizard, or Melt. Being a souless enterprise, thats very impersonal, with a major lack of community outreach, paired with terrible customer experiences and vehicles constantly being damaged is why you should choose another brand to wash with. Seargent Clean and Whistle Clean have both updated their facilities and equipment as well as pricing in the last year, to remain competitive in this market, both those brands have surpassed Clean Express Wash in regards to overall customer service experience and they have comparable if nor better pricing for both memberships and single washes. There is a reason why Clean cannot retain its good employees for longer than a year. And why so many members cancel their memberships after 1 month of inconsistent and crappy service. Don't waste time or money, choose to go to another carwash brand. Save yourself the headache, and extreme probability that you will end up with damage to your vehicle.

There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...
