I sat down and explained I wanted a basic businessman's cut and she got to work. A short time later, I emerged with a nice, balanced cut. And as an extra touch, once they shave your neck, you get a hot towel! If you haven't experienced that, maybe it sounds silly but boy, does it FEEL great! Price was reasonable: $20 for the cut. If you combine other services like shampoo or beard trim, they offer package deals. Couldn't be happier.

It's a well known spot in Bowling Green, so if you stop by Hairitage any time remotely near peak times, you'll end up waiting for at least 30 minutes. Usually they have 4-5 barbers working, so if you're not waiting for a specific barber, you could be in and out within an hour easily. Personally, I've gone to Hairitage 5-10 times and can wholeheartedly recommend Brian. Brian does great work, and potentially more importantly, his work is consistent. Brian's done a great job of remembering how my style usually goes, as well as providing a good environment to hang out in, and has become a friendly face over the past year. The barbers are always having fun with one another and seeing their antics unfold adds a nice light touch to the haircut experience. Waited 5 minutes while she assisted another barber. That was fine. Waited 20 more minutes while she microwaved and fixed what seemed to be food. Apparently, because I could see her sitting down, she was eating breakfast. Nobody acknowledged my presence. Kept receiving messages "on deck." She still ate or whatever. Asked the other barber if she knew I was even there. She said that she would tell her. I waited about three minutes and the lady never did that. I left telling them I am "out of here." Nobody said anything. As soon as I was in the car, I received another "on deck" message. Sorely disappointed to say the least!
