I was in need of a hairdresser desperately as my hairdresser all of a sudden close their door. My hair is shorter than shoulder length, and I needed my grey covered and some foils. Ruth Ann highlighted my hair, the highlights were good, but she did not do the back of my hair and when I question this, she said I did not tell her to do the back. The treatment from her was from a very immature girl. My daughter was to get a hair cut and I was to have all my hair highlighted. She disappeared so many times that she could have cut my daughter many times. She said she did not have time to style our hair. I gave a S20.00 tip, two wrongs did not make a right. Pros: The lovely girl who did my pedicure was very thorough especially with the cuticles, nail shaping and polish. The leg massage was very nice and the massage chair good. The foot bowls are lovely. The environment relaxing and there are tons of stations available. This will be my new regular pedi spot I think! Cons: Typically pedicurists paint to end of the big toe nail to make the paint job last. Here they didn't and it looks a bit unfinished. You currently have to call to see if you can walk in. The lady who sat me down was a smidgen pushy regarding upsells. After the cream applied to the legs feet they felt a bit greasy. A wipe down with a hot towel would be welcome. I was afraid it would stain my pants.
