A big thank you to John at Clean Cloud Smog for helping get my 2015 Honda Accord smog certified. After Bo at Community Auto Center confirmed the car was emissions-ready, John handled the smog inspection and certification. The process was quick, professional, and completely hassle-free. John was knowledgeable, efficient, and straightforward throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated the seamless coordination between him and Community Auto Center, which made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. Ebrahim was an excellent help, convenient, and quick. Explained everything in depth. They are newer to the area and very nice

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today here! I stopped by with my partner to get a smog check for my car, and was immediately assisted by the owner, who was incredibly sweet. He had me take a seat, and then made sure to find a chair for my partner to sit in as well! He offered us both waters, and was very informative during the entire process. I believe we were done within 15 minutes! I can't recommend this place enough! read more

I had such a great experience getting my smog check done here. Ebrahim was extremely warm and friendly he got the smog check done quickly and was very clear and transparent in pricing and letting me know what my next steps needed to be with the DMV. He also gave me a water bottle while I waited and helped guide my car when backing out to leave. I will not be going anywhere else for smog checks! read more

I was told to get a smog check and that it needed to cost around $60, i tried looking for a smog station on yelp and i happen to see this one and everyone writing reviews stating how nice the man owning it is, i tried calling to ask for the price, but no one answered the phone so i drove there and when i arrived the man was sitting at his desk with no clients and i asked him good morning how much do you charge for a smog and he replied $85 i said oh ok thank you but i was told i need to find some where that does it around $60, thats when in a rude tome he replied Good luck finding one and I responded well i know there is one but its a little further and he responded well yeah they're not even going to be in business and just laughed in a condescending rude way. Now its his business how much he wants to charge i have no issue with that but no need to be rude. I just went and searched again and called and found a smog place on the corner on Fairfax and pico and he charged me $60 His comments were so uncalled for that im writing this so if you are planning on going to this place know the prices and don't give business to someone who apparently got out of the wrong side of bed this morning read more

There's just one guy who works here (at least when I went), Ebrahim, who is the most friendly and professional gentleman. I didn't make an appointment so I assumed there'd be a long wait. Instead, I pulled up, Ebrahim waved me in, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He offers you a seat at a table, and gives you a bottle of water while he gets to work on your vehicle. This is a small business and I fully support him. So long as I'm staying in this area and need a smog check, I'm going to keep coming back to Clean Cloud Smog! read more

Ebrahim is so quick and efficient and kind. Gives you a little table to sit at while you wait, a bottle of water and explains what he is doing. We were lucky to not have a wait, so I can't speak on what that would be like, but if you need a smog check, I would highly recommend coming here! read more

Terrific guy, fast service. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the guy hurried to get things done. He explained to me along the way what he is doing and what to expect next. Highly recommend him in Beverly Hills! read more

This place is great! Just run by one guy, Ebrahim, who is the nicest guy ever. In and out in twenty minutes, with a nice cold water while I waited. read more

Came by without an appointment and was in and out in ten minutes! The man in charge is so kind and friendly - this is his fifth career and he loves meeting new people. We sat and prayed together (I know, so random) because my plates were NY plates and he knew I'd moved here recently. So we manifested for success (and, in his words, "many, many children." Really he just wished me the best in his own way, and I found that kind and endearing. Just a great guy, and good service. Highly recommend! read more

Clean Cloud Smog - What you'll see when you pull up! - Smog Check Stations Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Service is fast about 15min, Abraham is polite, efficient, and does the testing accurately! Offers water and makes sure to keep you updated on the exam. Great service. Overall price for a small 4 cylinder vehicle is $98.00! read more

Con man! I've gone to this place three times over the past six years because it's a block from where I live, but no more. The first time I went he quoted me one price, then charged me more. When I complained, he told me I should have mentioned the quoted price before he rang me up. Sorry, but I thought if someone tells you how much somethings costs, then that's what it costs. So this was shady, but again, a block from my house and I only go every other year. Last time no problem, but this time, right before I went, my car battery died erasing information from the car's computer. I needed to drive it longer so after he ran the test, I returned. He charged me for the second visit. My registration was due so I couldn't really argue, but it was absolutely criminal. (Oh, and he somehow assumed I would pay him cash the second time... when I didn't think I would have to pay at all!) Despite the convenience of him being so nearby, I'll never go again. read more

If you want fast, polite, competent service, look no further. Ebrahim is a hard-working, kind, and actually pretty hilarious person. They close at 5pm, I called him around 4:20pm, he said he could fit me in if I got in soon, I got there around 4:35 and was out by 4:55. He has a really interesting story. He looked at my car, guessed where I was from and was right! Turns out we both spent a lot of time in Michigan. I guess Michigan cars all look rusted on the bottom due to the salt on the roads. Anyway, it was fast, super easy, and efficient. I know where I'm going for my smog check in 2 years. read more

Very nice spot for a smog check. A clean, well lighted place where they offer water and a nice place to sit I passed.

Ebrahim was the best!! Went in for a smog check on a Sunday morning and it was quick and easy!! He explained everything and made sure I understood the price and that the information would be sent to the DMV automatically. Friendly and fast!! Thank you!! read more

Abraham is awesome, very helpful and quick with his work. I was in and out. Very hospitable, never been treated this way from a smog shop.

Echoing all the glowing reviews to say Ebrahim is the absolute best. Quick, professional, diligent, friendly -- gave me an ice cold water and a nice place to sit while I waited. Wish it was a place I could give repeat business to because he is the type of small business owner who deserves it. So if you're looking for a smog check, do ME a favor and go here!! read more

A little bit pricier than other places I've been to, but they were really quick, pleasant, and I was in and out fast. You know what, after I wrote that sentence, I went up an inch and clicked FIVE instead of FOUR stars. You really do get what you pay for. read more

Ebrahim was the best. Super smooth service and professional.

The owner is friendly and accommodating, straight forward and helpful. You get what your money is worth for. Very reliable!

So rude! I called for a quote for a smog test, he tells me $60. And I politely said, "ooh, that's a little expensive." He goes, "Then call someone else!" And hangs up the phone! Don't worry, I will! read more

Stopped by today on my lunch break. It's in the gas station parking lot. There were 2 cars in front of me but I only had to wait about 10-15 minutes. Whole check was done in 10 or so minutes (I passed). Paid via credit card and was on my way. The guy running it was very kind and explained every part of the paperwork to me afterward. I don't think they print stickers on site but they are a STAR station. read more

Ebrahim is such a nice guy! He was fast, kind and attentive. Very friendly. Highly recommended!

I went here for a smog test. Ebrahim was very hospitable and quick. He explained everything to me. I recommend this place. Very sweet man.

This guy is rude and a rip off. At first he quoted me $85 + some additional fees. $94 total seemed a bit much, only came here because it was close to me. After I questioned why it was so much, he said he could give me a discount- $75. By that point I knew he was a bullshitter. Left and found a place down La Cienega for $60. What a waste of time. read more

They get it done fast but you'll be thrilled you're only compelled to be a monkey to their circus every other year. The clusterflock that they create directing you to park emphatically but vaguely; while still dealing absently with a prior customer, must result in a direct feed of auto body repair to a nearby friend's shop. Sigh. read more

So good!! So kind! great customer service and takes car of your car great and efficiently

Ebrahim is so kind and so efficient! The smog check was quick and painless and, after the fact, Ebrahim took the time to explain the various options I had for completing my vehicle registration renewal. I appreciate the thorough, conscientious service, and will certainly be back for my next smog test. I'd recommend anyone to Clean Cloud Smog. Just a tip: there is a surcharge for credit card transactions, so I would suggest bringing cash! read more

Hard for me to rate. My late 90's vehicle required a STAR facility and I passed after preparing for the test on the technician's advice. So that was good news. The downside is COST: I drove up and started testing prior to confirming the price. Prices are not posted and I paid $88.25 including the certificate. Paying with a credit card instead of cash would have added $4. I doubt smog checks have gone up that much in the past two years. My advice: Call first and confirm the price for your vehicle make and model. Confirm they'll retest for free if it doesn't pass. Upon arrival, get the paperwork done which states that price and policy before proceeding. read more
