They "checked it" and told us the oil filter housing needed to be replaced. My husband got the part and when he got under the car to fix it, that wasn't even the problem! Nothing was wrong with the oil filter housing. Idiot at the oil place didn't TIGHTEN the drain plug on the bottom to hold the oil in!! My husband could tighten it BY HAND, it was that loose. We will NO LONGER go back to Bruner's!!!!

It'd been a few years since I came to this wash, it has now apparently changed hands…read more I opted for the less expensive $40 interior and exterior Express, and it dawned that no one removed my wire Tundra antenna nor pushed in the mirrors, as was the case in the past. Thankfully, the sole casualty was a front license plate, bent into a U-shape (photo). Once out of the wash, a young man kicked aside a parking cone and marshelled me into a space for the interior portion. I was one of two vehicles in those spaces. Two other vehicles were being worked on in the detailing bays on the opposite side of the lane, and one owner was doing self-service. It was 10AM on a Wednesday morning. No one attended to my Tundra for 15 minutes; then, I noticed another young had opened the rear passenger door. A half-hour after emerging from the wash, the truck was ready. No one mentioned the bent plate, which I first noticed minutes ago, in my driveway. Generally, just a poor use of 40 minutes' worth of my life, and now I have to remove and straighten my plate. 'Next time, I'll run it through the Pecan Plantation was for $12 and do the interior myself in 10-15 minutes.

My truck is covered in water spots, the scrub soap brush doesn't actually get dirt smudges off- I literally used my finger to wipe spots the brush and high intensity rinse wouldn't remove. Smh. Had to rinse and scrub twice... and still had smudges that I ended up just wiping off with a cloth. The air dryer... came apart and left water marks on every freakin spot it could. Totally pointless. Went to use the vacuum... that thing came apart too! It didn't even suck anything up. Its 100+ degrees and I just want a clean truck. What a waste of money and time and my truck is not any cleaner on the inside and barely clean on the outside. Weirdly I used the soap scrub brush on all my windows, and they are sooo flippin dirty.
