After many many many calls for service that were unreturned, we finally gave up and spent $$$ on an entirely new system with a different company. I am a very happy customer! They went above and beyond to get my iron/sulfur filtration unit installed, even went out their way and took off the tiny home filtration filter I had hooked up prior that wasn't working very well. I have a well and had that nasty sulfur/rotten egg smell coming out my water (yuck) I am so glad that is gone now. They were super friendly and very informative! Very fair pricing as well. I purchased a water softener system from them almost a year ago with the one year service on it. They were good at coming out for a while, but have not seen them in several months. This company installed a water softener filter connected to my well pump in November and I paid 1500.00. I was guaranteed that I would get no more iron on my driveway and sidewalk. Inept business practice or bad acts? Hard to say... On Sept 24, 2022, I ordered through the Clean and Clear Water website a water pump advertised for $729 including "free freight", accompanied with the full payment through PayPal. The order was immediately acknowledged. Three days later I received a notice that my money had been refunded but without explanation. Calling to inquire why, I was told by David (the owner) that he didn't have the item in stock. He explained that he was awaiting word on when he might receive another shipment and said he'd keep me informed. While telling me he didn't have the unit in stock I noticed he still had it listed for sale...but now at $899. I called on October 12th and again spoke to David. I got the same story and he asked me to text him a reminder of what I had ordered. I did so immediately and soon thereafter got a "read receipt" to my text. I sent another reminder on October 14. I saw another read receipt but again got no response. On October 22 I reminded him again and David responded "Will call you Monday pumps are in". Monday...no call. Tuesday I sent another reminder and David responded with "Total cost with shipping is $1100." I won't bore you with the exchange that followed but you can read it all in the uploaded text string. First of all local family owned company where they have the best guarantee in the area for their products. I was quoted a price but they were running a special where it was low enough to have them service for a year. The young men who put the system in were respectful to my home and grounds where they had to put the system in. They showed up a little bit early which was even better.
