Our project required a stopper waste replacement in order to get the system up and running. Once the utility company marked our property, they completed the job in about a day - very quick and efficient. The gentleman and entire crew were very respectful and did what they could to get our system up and running in a timely fashion and charged very reasonable prices. I even checked with some competitors and they told me that the quote I received was very legit for the work that needed to be done based off my situation. Everything is up and running! Thanks for all the help! Greatly appreciated!

Other companies I contacted made recommendations without seeing my lawn whereas Brian came out to assess the issues (ultimately saving me a lot of potential wasted money on services I didn't need!). Among the services he suggested that none others did was de thatching. This made perfect sense given the lawn had not been properly cared for over the past 10-15 years. He laid out an exact plan to get my lawn in good shape while setting expectations on when and what improvements to anticipate. He showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the services. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He was extremely thorough and tidied up after each visit. I highly recommend him for any and all lawn care needs! Thanks, Brian!

This year, Westside could have raised their minimum one-time charge...but did NOT, yay. Geovanny and his team did excellent work. I have a paver system patio on my 2nd and 4th floor…read more The top floor had issues with the tiles becoming loose and unhinged from the system, moving around and popping off the frame when any weight was put on them. The second floor had an issue where the water seemed to pool after snow and rain, I was concerned the water was potentially leaking into the wood and framing of my home. For over 2 years I have tried to get someone to repair these issues. Many places did not even want to come look at my place unless I was going to install a completely new patio, which was not necessary. Others stated they wouldn't even bother to look at my place unless the job was for thousands and thousands of dollars. I have had numerous people come over, talk about doing the work, and then not follow up, return a phone call, or ever perform the job. Geovanny and Denver Patios and Landscape were the complete opposite. They communicated well, stayed on top of everything and performed high quality work. After they gathered the parts, they fixed everything. The condition on my second floor was worse than I thought, the patio had a negative slope towards my home, so not only was the water pooling, it was pooling at the frame connected to my home. This could have caused slow, but very bad damage over time. They fixed everything. I can't recommend them enough.
