The man and woman duo were just standing around in one bedroom not doing any cleaning! There were blinds on the floor needing dusting--they decided to just leave it there until I asked. Then shortly afterwards, they packed up and abandoned the job without a word. Very unprofessional and unskilled!

While my vents and ducts are cleaner, the damage they caused and the indifference from management…read morewould have me not recommend them to you. No pads or mats were placed down to protect my hardwood floors, and as a result, they were scratched in several places.  Additionally, the grille on the dryer exhaust was completely broken off, and a piece of the hood was shattered.  I was also disappointed that they did not have a vacuum cleaner, so attempts to clean up after themselves were done with the pole attachment on a shop vac. When I called to report the damage, I spoke to their polite receptionist Tiffany, who offered a 10% refund but said their manager would not call me for another week because she was out of the office (and apparently there is no one else at that business with any authority to handle these issues). I spent hundreds of dollars with this company only to find they do not care about quality of their sloppy work, and now I am left with the damages.

In the process of cleaning my ducts and return, they damaged my return duct by disconnecting it from the return vent. Due to their negligence my AC kept running and would not cool my upstairs. I placed a HVAC service call because I assumed something was wrong with my AC. When the HVAC company came out, their finding were: the disconnected return vent was pulling all the hot air from the attic. When I reached out to FC they refused to take responsibility. Their negligence resulted in $180 in AC service fees and extremely high utility bills. After making several attempts to resolve with FC I filed a charge back with my bank. FC emailed me claiming theft of service and threatening to file a police report if I did not withdraw my claim. My bank found in their favor claiming the work was done but I am $180 in service fees to reattach my duct and high electric bills.

Replaced existing 28 year old 3 ton GE unit without checking size of the house. Normally they do a…read morebasic block calculation or a more detailed calculation to determine the size of compressor needed for the size of your house. Sounds pretty basic right? Not to these folks! In the process of installing they caused a major leak (drain stopped before pan) in my ceiling. Now I am stuck with an underpowered unit that is not able to cool my house. Instead of a 3 ton unit they needed to install a 4 ton unit, and refuse to change it. So word of caution to anyone using their services. Make them calculate the size of the house first.

Please reconsider if you are looking at this company. I had an horrific experience with them that…read moreis too long to even try to explain, and it went on for about 3 months, with numerous visits. The long and short of it is that they sent out two clearly incompetent people, who fixed everything but what was needed on my washing machine, including taking out the better motor I had for a better machine than the one I ended up with. Everything they did was wrong, and cost me my machine. They reimbursed me for what I'd spent after all the hell, but they came and took their parts out of my machine, and their reimbursement was just enough to buy a much more cheaply made machine - not one the quality of my original. My old one was toast! Then about 2 months later, the new one did exactly the same thing I called Lanny Adams for and as it turned out according to the new company I called, there was lent somewhere down the line that had Lanny Adams known what they were doing, they would have fixed the old machine the first time. Plus the office workers are all nice, but they defer to the owner on everything, and he micro-managers grown people like their are children, and talks to you like he's reprimanding you like a crusty old grandfather -- while being dead wrong! Amazing. They might have been good at one time, but I've never experienced such an unnecessary nightmare. In addition to all the times I had to be home for the service calls, they would still only give a time range of about 4 hours, and not a definite time. It is all about them, and they pretend to be about you. Bad, bad news and not worth the headache. If you want to gamble that you'll get a horror show, they Lanny Adams!
