Our HVAC contractor recommended pairing the new setup with fresh insulation and a radiant barrier to get the most out of our AC, so we got several quotes. 911 Attic Insulation came in mid-range on price, but they were the only company to include crawl space rodent proofing as part of the package, which pushed them to the top of the list. Daniel, the owner, was easy to reach and responsive throughout. When we talked numbers, he worked with us to fit our budget, which we really appreciated. The crew came out and handled everything in a single day. I'll be honest: our attic was a genuinely rough starting point. After the work was done, we noticed a recessed light had come loose. I reached out to Daniel and, without any hassle, he had someone out the very next day to fix it. On a weekend. That kind of follow-through says a lot. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Competitive pricing, willingness to work with you, a thorough scope of work, and a company that stands behind what they do. Would recommend without reservation.

We got four different quotes and inspections for this project - which included a full attic cleanup of blown-in insulation and the re-insulation process - and Daniel held our hands the entire way. They were professional, communicative, quick to schedule, did everything in one day as promised, and took pictures along the way so that we could see what was, the ongoing process, and the results - which were phenomenal. We are very thankful and would absolutely recommend 911 to anyone looking for attic solutions. Thank you, guys!

After discovering some of my duct connections were wrapped in asbestos, a specialized asbestos abatement company was hired to remove the asbestos & everything in contact with it. After that was completed, Insulation Labs was hired to: Remove all of the old blown-in insulation (with a giant vacuum); sanitize the attic; Air Seal any openings into the attic including any electrical wiring or fixtures (ceiling lights, attic fans & plumbing/HVAC pipes or runs). Also included was Rodent Exclusion (performed by a pest control company) - sealing up any places that allowed entrance or exit into or out of the attic. And finally, Installing R38 roll-in fiberglass insulation (cut to fit inside of the rafters). The entire crew (up to 6 or 8 individuals) were AWESOME! Especially Victor & Domingo! They were constantly giving me updates & progress reports on what was happening, & if I asked a question, they would stop what they were doing & give me their full undivided attention, completely explaining things, & then make sure my question was answered, & then inquire if I had any more questions! They were amazing & top notch individuals - representing your company with honor & distinction, & reassuring me that you were definitely the right company for the job! THANK YOU for employing such wonderful & professional people!

I contacted them regarding insulation work completed at my home in 2022 because I had recently been given concerns about its current condition. I was simply trying to get an explanation, verify what work had been completed, and let them know what other professionals had observed. I also explained that I would be having a city inspector evaluate it. Instead of having a professional conversation, Angel, the Operations Manager, raised his voice, spoke over me, and became extremely intense and intimidating. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation, not argue with him. Regardless of what the inspection ultimately finds, the way I was spoken to was enough for me to decide that I will not work with this company again. I no longer feel comfortable or confident having them perform additional work on my home. I will have the insulation independently inspected and address any necessary work elsewhere. Based on my experience with management alone, I cannot recommend this company.

It's more of a boutique operation, which means he can offer you guidance without layers of people in between. Jonathan himself, or one of his team members from my understanding, will be up in your attic getting the job done, and they work fast. We requested insulation in our attic, and he came in and had it installed in just a couple of hours. He also replaced an attic fan that dated back to 1970, so our attic ventilation was addressed as part of the service as well. We noticed a major difference the same day, especially with the heat we've been experiencing here in Southern California. We recently bought a house that had inadequate insulation, probably somewhere around R-3, and now we're upwards of R-38. Our air conditioner was hardly ever cycling off. It was running almost the entire time since we bought our house in the middle of this hot summer. We were confused as to why the house kept heating up even while the AC was running. I called Jonathan to discuss the issue, and we talked through radiant barriers, attic ventilation, attic floor sealing, and the existing insulation that was there. He guided me through a cost-effective, value-driven process that made a whole lot of sense. He explained the benefits of each option, and ultimately we landed on starting with the insulation. That alone ended up curing the issue with our HVAC system not being able to keep up with the heat. Now the house feels cooler on hot days, and our AC isn't running nearly as much. We're incredibly happy we selected him as our service provider, and I would refer him to anybody who needs insulation or attic work done. Jonathan is the real deal. He's a genuinely kind and authentic human being, easy to communicate with, and someone who clearly cares about the work he does.

5 stars for E&E Attic Insulation, and Joseph in particular…read more Joseph first visited my home almost four months before any work started. When I finally reconnected with him, he hadn't been chasing me with follow-ups or pushing a sale, which I really appreciated. Over several visits, he walked me through the process and the material options in real detail without steering me toward any particular choice. He even told me that more expensive doesn't necessarily mean more effective. That honest education is what set him apart from the other companies I talked to. His pricing was also a great deal compared to competing quotes, and he was willing to work within my budget. The job included insulation removal, new attic insulation, and an attic fan installation. The crew was extremely detail oriented. They sent periodic status updates with photos throughout the day, so I always knew where things stood. They protected the house well and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. What impressed me most: Joseph refused to accept payment until all the work was complete and he had done his own final review. He spotted things that didn't meet his standards (things I wouldn't have caught or known to look for) and made sure they were fixed before sending the invoice. Since then, he's checked in several times to ask if I've noticed a difference and has offered to come back if anything isn't right. Honest, educational, and held to a high standard. Highly recommend E&E Attic Insulation.
