I thought it was a head massage but it was not. Although it was not what I expected, it was exactly what I needed. Over this past year, I have been going through a lot mentally and the Craniosacral Therapy really helped me release the stress and negativity I was bottling in. I cried a lot! When I walked out of that room, I felt extremely light as if I left all my stress in that room. Miranda was my therapist, and probably one of the best human beings I have ever met. She read my mind, she knew what I was feeling. She really helped me through my emotions. It was an incredible experience to work on my inner body. The atmosphere is extremely peaceful, beautifully decorated, and smells so good. The staff members are very pleasant. I did not get pushed into any commitment which kept the experience good for me.
