She was initially referred by her dentist for specialized treatment. After an evaluation, I was informed of the necessary procedures, and appointments were scheduled. Unfortunately, due to my own oversight, we missed the first appointment. I take full responsibility for that. However, when it came time for the rescheduled appointment, I was informed that my daughter could not be seen because your office had failed to submit the required paperwork to my insurance provider for authorization. I was told I could either pay out of pocket or wait until the paperwork was properly submitted. I chose to wait. Weeks turned into months with no follow-up from your office. When I eventually called to check in, I was told the paperwork had finally been submitted. I asked why no one contacted me to move forward with scheduling, and the staff member I spoke with, Ariana, told me she didn't know because it wasn't her responsibility. She offered to look into it and have someone call me back -- or advised that I could follow up myself. Since then, I've made multiple attempts to call your office with no success. It now appears my calls are being ignored, as I've discovered that calls from other numbers are answered while mine are not. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences I've had -- not for myself, but for my daughter, who continues to wait for care due to repeated administrative failures and a lack of communication on your part.
