The owner, Michael, came to our home and my husband explained explicitly how he wanted our lawn…read moremowed. Michael quoted $85. He was to do first mowing of our grass when we were away on vacation. Lawn was NOT mowed while we were away! Grass had grown so much that my 81 year old husband spent 9 hours mowing it. About a week later, Michael sent a man (I think his name was Zach) who did a grade B job. It was acceptable. About a week later, Michael sent 2 VERY ILL-EQUIPPED guys who had very little ability and desire to do a good job. They just got aggravated and left without finishing mowing! Our yard was left a mess. Nothing PRISTINE about it! Today, we got a call from Michael's office that they upped our charge from $85 to $130 each time they mow because of how my husband wants it mowed! NOT ONE THING HAS CHANGED SINCE HIS FIRST MEETING WITH THE OWNER, MICHAEL, WITH HOW MY HUSBAND WANTS IT MOWED. Be aware of what this company offers and then be aware of what you get and don't get.
