So I called him he wanted it so I bought it for him and in the process I happened to see a triumph Rocket3 GT and loved it so I bought it for me. I also ordered parts and accessories for both bikes. That experience was positive. Then it went downhill in a hurry. The parts and accessories were never even ordered and I kept being blown off when I called about them. FYI, some were particularly important to complete the bike mechanically as well as cosmetically. After more than a month of being put off with vague promises and nothing happening, I was told that Triumph had pulled their dealership and they could not long order parts, even the ones I had already paid for. So, now several months later I still can't get what I ordered and the nearest dealer is more than 200 miles away. Of course, since I didn't purchases the bikes from them they weren't interested in helping me out. So, I'm left in the lurch and, as you can tell, I'm extremely upset about it!

No complaints so far with Service, but with so much turnover it's hard to trust that it's being serviced correctly. We actually went to Harley first, and they were great, but our heart is with Indians, so we went there to buy and was treated like vagrants when arriving.

After just a week of having it, it was stolen and we thought gone forever. This fall about a month later, he happened upon it in a parking lot but it wouldn't start. MopedU picked it up and fixed it for a reasonable price. I don't know all the details because I know nothing about scooters but it was working; there was probably moisture in the gas line from sitting for so long; they explained it would have to burn off. My son picked it up and rode it home and then the next day was unable to get it started. Defeated, he put off dealing with it and though I encouraged him to call MopedU, he did not. This week we were in town moving him into a new apartment. Because we already had rented a trailer to move him, we decided to load up the scooter and take it up to MopedU to see what could be done to repair it. Dustin came out to help us and was able to start it up right away using sorcery I'll never understand. Basically it was an easy "fix", there was moisture still in the gas line so he showed my son a way to start it until that all burned off. He also aired the tires up and put some gas treatment in at no charge. He could have very easily charged us diagnostics and to "fix" it bc clearly we don't know much about scooters, but instead he truly provided great customer service and it was the highlight of an otherwise stressful day. :)

Great Website, Terrible Customer Service…read more Ordering Honda parts from Heartland was easy, and the website was great. Unfortunately, USPS failed to deliver my package to the confirmed location. I don't blame Heartland for USPS's mistake, but I do blame them for their lack of customer support. I was told to wait two weeks for a refund, with no help getting a replacement shipment or getting the parts I actually need. Instead, I was blamed for choosing USPS. Shipping problems happen, but good customer service means helping find a solution. Heartland could have worked with me to get my parts delivered while the USPS issue was resolved. Instead, they left me stuck without my order. A great website means nothing if a company won't stand behind its customers when things go wrong. Very disappointing experience.

A few weeks later, when I had an issue with the window tint, I contacted Lance and Stacy. I only wish I lived closer, as I'm confident they would have helped resolve a current paint issue I'm dealing with (which has now been escalated to Ford).
