Very friendly staff. We did the pottery painting. Lots of items to choose from. Will go back again to try making our own pottery. They are very clean and organized. Love this place!

Love bringing my daughter here to paint . Prices are fair and they clean up after your session which is great.

    Wheel class

I came here for the wheel class after purchasing a Groupon. It wasn't terrible, but I also wasn't very impressed. The set up is poor. It's 4 wheels crammed into a tiny little back corner and does not allow for social distancing. A person I've never met before was sitting like a foot away from me, and there was no way to create any space between us. I feel like they should limit this class to one party at a time if they cannot distance people--which they can't. The girl "teaching" the class was very young and provided little instruction. She seemed really confused when any questions were asked and just jumped in to do something herself on the "students" wheels, rather than explain how to do it. My first piece came out terrible because she would provide instructions halfway and the piece would be ruined by the time she gave the next step. My second piece came out okay, but it was mostly just because I followed what Ive seen in YouTube videos instead of waiting for instructions from the "instructor". I was supposed to receive a call after two weeks about my pieces and still haven't heard back. I tried calling and left a message the other day but no one has returned my call. Because of the Groupon, the price was decent and I think it was cool to try wheel pottery, but I feel like there has to be a better studio out there.

I bought a Groupon for the clay wheel class, it has been something I have wanted to try forever! It was a great class. I was there with 3 other learners and our instructor, Amber. She was great. Amber walked us through the process and then had us do two pieces on our own! She was extremely knowledgeable, funny and over a great instructor. I had a great time and cannot wait to go back to paint my pieces and hopefully play with class somemk

    Small Plate ~ $11.99

We came less than an hour before closing so there was no one.The girl working there was so nice and showed us everything and helped us get all set before she went over to give a pottery lesson. But many of the pottery is reasonably price and they have so many options and colors . This plate was 11.99 w the fees and tax my total came out to 24 dollars. Definitely recommend going w friends and family will be returning :)

Poor quality. Poor technique. Pin holes from glazing the ceramic

Zero for poor quality and poor customer service Pinholes in my daughter's cup. Lady said there's nothing wrong with it, it's cosmetic. If they cannot make our cup cosmetically nice, there's no reason to return. Poor technique in their glazing. Been to many places and my ceramics never looked like this.

Came in with my boyfriend for the first time. The instructors were friendly and had some quirky personalities. We shared the class with a father and daughter (honestly made the class 10x cuter). Canvas classes are definitely geared toward kids though. Regardless, we had a pleasant time and rediscovered our artistic abilities.

I could go on and on about my experience here, but to keep it short - they were rude, incredibly disorganized, and overpriced as well.

It was trippy with the black lights and projections on the wall of various etherial scenes. We all dressed up in the protective suit, googles and boots. The kids were a little small for the suits, but they managed to make it work! Once inside, you can throw paint all over, stomp on the artwork with your feet (a personal favorite of my kids), and twist the painting around to have the colors spread in all directions. We were joined by a staffer the entire time who took a few pictures along with a cute video. I recommend having the staffer snap photos with your own iPhone as mine came out a little better. But I did enjoy the video. At the end of the experience, they pack up the painting in gigantic pizza boxes. The paint is expected to dry in 24-48 hours, though ours took a much longer. I recommend putting the paintings outside on a dry day in the sun to help move that along. Granted ours had a lot of paint on it, but even after 48 hours it was super wet. This is a blast. And it's located in a classic 1990s mall. The kids LOVED this mall, complete with a Spencers gift store, bowling alley and reptile interactive experience. In fact, we'll probably come back here again once the winter sets in since there are so many things here to do with kids inside.

The studio itself is cute with tons of display pieces and splatter paint artwork for you to look at that gets you in the mood to paint! The splatter paint room had really sticky floors which kept ripping my painting boots off. The experience: The splatter paint experience itself was fun! Before heading in, you put on a big thin white suit with a hood, rubber gloves, rubber booties, and plastic glasses. Make sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting stained because the clothing they give you doesn't work well to protect your clothes. We had to spend a lot of the time cleaning up in the bathroom afterwards which definitely should have been avoided by the establishment. You get about 6 bottles of primary colored paint, a paintbrush, and little cups to mix the colors. However, you can't easily splatter the colors you mix because the paint isn't in bottles at that point. Only one paintbrush was provided with no water so we couldn't reuse the paintbrush. You have an hour to do it but you really only need about 20 minutes. They give you a big box to easily take your painting home in. The service: Terrible. We walked in and no staff member approached or acknowledged us until we said something. The first girl we interacted with was rude and impatient with us. The main guy we worked with explained all the rules and how tos in a very confusing manner and he also spoke really low which was frustrating. Our group of young women couldn't hear most of what he said and he didn't clarify well. Overall, I had fun splattering paint with my friends and will be hanging what I made but I don't ever plan on coming back here and wouldn't recommend it.

Seating was rather limited, so I would go early or reserve a spot (which I believe you can do). There is a variety of colors to choose from and have samples to know how the paint will look when fired. Some people have already mentioned it, but I highly recommend doing multiple layers. Our mugs ended up streaky in some spots. The paint dries fairly quickly, so it wasn't too bad applying layers. There were a lot of pottery pieces to choose from. I wish there were more like basic pieces though to have a more blank canvas. The prices were reasonable for each piece! The prices were written on the bottom. The firing process took about a week. My boyfriend and I have been using our mugs almost every day and they have held up well! Paint on mine did chip on the side, but my boyfriend's mug has been completely fine.

We were doing a little theme visit, arts and crafts. Earlier we made candles and then we headed to our afternoon reservation to make paint pottery at All Fired Up. Once we arrived we were instructed to pick out our piece we desired. We were seated at the front window, just the two if us. It was nice to sit with each other without others around. I chose two pieces, a topper for $13 and a strawberry container for I think $27. I felt the pricing was extremely reasonable especially since you used their glaze, they fire it, and they set up and clean up for you. They also offer a military discount, which handled around the cost of the tax. The staff were great. They were always making sure we were ok, without being to over the top. They kept things moving. . They do offer "private" parties and birthday parties. The set up was pretty nice, and quaint. There was a large table set in the back. While I was there there was two parties. Each party brought a cake and snacks. There are aprons available and an abundant selection of supplies available. It looks like they also do arts with glass. Parking can be tricky. So I suggest to leave time to navigate that, so you are not late for your appointment. We found street parking a few streets over. But, there was slot a lot where you paid.

We were instructed to pick out any item we wanted, and they even had simpler options for those of us who aren't as artistic. The two-hour time limit was very reasonable, and the staff did a great job checking in and reminding us of our time. After finishing, we wrote our names on the bottom, and the staff took care of the rest. They glaze your finished piece, and you can return in about a week to pick it up. The space is small and simple, but it's a great choice for anyone looking for a fun activity or planning a group event. I also found the prices to be very reasonable.
