None of the mechanisms work and the staff don't pay attention to manually start them either. So basically you'll solve a problem and wait around and wonder for 20 mins why nothings moving even if you got it right from the start. Then you have to ask for a clue (which they won't give, it'll just be a condescending phrase that tells you to do what you've already been doing.) then after fighting with them for five min they'll realize it's their fault and manually start it, wasting not just our time but our money. 30 dollars a person is just ridiculous for what this is. If you want more fun lock yourself in a dark closet for 30 min and try to get out, you'll probably feel more satisfied anyways. I will say that we did ignore all of the red flags 1. The bad reviews online 2. The two groups that came out super pissed off before us fighting for refunds cause nothing worked for them 3. How the place looked So kinda on us but... Did this for group bonding and I will say we did bond pretty well over how terrible this was and how much we got scammed, so maybe if you want team bonding then this works for you idk? Definitely tests your teams patience....

So many rooms to go through that it made the experience well worth it. My only criticism would be the staff. We didn't escape the room and only had one section left to get through. When the staff came in telling us we were out of time, the normal procedure would be to walk us through what we had left. Instead, the guy said he was unable to finish a walk through because the next group had arrived. It seemed that he was unwilling to walk us through the remaining aspects because if he did, then he'd have to reset all the puzzles... I've been to quite a few escape room locations and never has this happened before, even if the next group had arrived.. Overall the Osaka High room was pretty cool, but I only wish I knew how it ended.....

I stayed and played way too many rounds of Streets of Rage with my kid. What a blast from the past! The DEN is clean and bright, with an impressive library of many classic systems/games to choose from. Tony was such an amazing host. He's very friendly, warm, approachable and his customer service is on-point. He's a top-notch guy that'll make you feel like you've known him for a lifetime. If anyone is in the mood to be 12-yrs old again, or to revisit the long gone days of a better time, then I highly recommend stopping in DEN360 and enjoy going down memory lane! The price is not easy to win, in fact you need to play like 3-4 times in order to win as the claw will just open and drop the toy randomly. This is very annoying as you are basically just having to drop like 12 coins (4 coins per play) in order to get one toy. Therefore you don't end up with many points to exchange for gifts. It just seems like there is zero strategy involved as regardless of what you do the claw will just open before it gets to the prize drop box section until you play it many times. I notice by the 4th try I had done a very bad grab but the claw held tight enough for me to win the prize. Anyways, probably won't be back again as it was not worth it. On top of all of this it was not an easy location to get to. Giving a two star is being generous IMO

It was our first time visiting and it certainly didn't disappoint. My kids had a blast! The playground is pretty big with various activities to do. They even have an area of claw machines and an arcade - you can win tickets and redeem for prizes. One thing to mention is finding parking was a bit challenging. They offer party packages but the pricing quite steep in my opinion so I don't think I would consider it. To be honest even the admission is pretty expensive $30 per kid. There's a seating area outside in the lobby for those who don't want to go inside and can watch from the outside. There are cubicles to store your shoes. Then inside there's an area for arcade & claw machines for the older children. Bouncy castle, huge playground, and enclosed area for younger kids. There are also plenty of spaces for adults to hang around and a section to buy snacks but seems like it was closed when I was there. I also appreciate them offering slipper for the bathroom cause it was quite wet in the floor. TBH, I wasn't sure what they would have for babies but surprisingly my cousin's 11 month old had a blast! She loved the slides, the wall with the sticks (not sure what they're called), and crawling around in the playground. I feel like they depend more on parent supervision as there was only 2 people working/supervising the area. Overall, fun place for kids!
