Upon further inspection the eaves, facia boards along roof and many other areas were just not cleaned. There was obvious dust along lower edges and clearly some hard to get areas were not touched.

I Was quoted $420 as the high end of the estimate for cleaning of a 1year old property, EXCLUDING the master bedroom, but added to have the refrigerator (not freezer) cleaned out. They sent out a 3 team crew for a 2 bathroom 1 bedroom less than 800sq ft apartment and failed to communicate any adjustments or extras they felt they wanted/needed to add, once they finished in under the 3 hour window i was expecting to pay less than the $420.. however I was presented with a $525 bill!! These people came in, poorly vacuumed and mopped the floors, half heartedly wiped down the doors and cabinets, cleaned the sinks, tubs and toilets... no windows, no blinds, no dusting and did a horrible job at that! I called the main office immediately and asked them how that was even possible and was told that it took longer than expected even though I was quoted three people for three hours and they were only here for two hours and 30 minutes. they said we're sorry for the miscommunication we're sorry that they didn't tell you that they were going over the $420 until they presented me the bill then proceed to quote the estimate verbiage but we had previously discussed that $420 was the high end and more than likely would not be gone over the photos tell all this is a Bait and Switch and I have contacted the BBB

Let me start off by saying that even if you don't fully read this, you should use Top Notch Carpet…read morecleaning, because they are just that good! Anyways, before today I had not had my carpets cleaned since I moved into our home over 3 years ago. I honestly didn't really think about professionally cleaning the carpets because I had not needed to think about it prior to this home (oops, my bad! I'll keep up on it now!) I'm sure everyone did the same thing before choosing who they wanted to go with to clean their carpets (searching the many options/reviews that appear on google), because there are quite a few out there, and its hard to know what a reasonable price is, and what the service should look like from start to finish if you have not done it before! (You can stop looking now that you're reading this review :p) I was looking through, and came across Top Notch Carpet Cleaning, and I honestly couldn't have made a better decision. Steps I took before day of service- - Went onto their website and looked at their service options (They make it super easy to build your own quote online) - I chose to book an appt and choose specific areas, sizes, and the type of cleaning I wanted - I then chose an available time and booked the appt all online within a matter for maybe 5min (After you choose the type and area size you want cleaned, it gives you a price for the service too!) Prepping the spaces being cleaned before the service! I made sure to vacuum the spaces I was having cleaned before the day of service (I recommend reading their pre appt email that tells you how to prep the space prior to their arrival ( I assume this just helps with the flow of your service and ensures that their tools don't get clogged or something. But either way, if it helps them day of, the areas will be vacuumed! I will note that once your service day comes, they will look at the areas to make sure they aline with the options you chose (which is super helpful, because I kind of guessed sqft areas in bedrooms that had things like furniture that took up sqft space) and will discount a little if you chose too big of a space, and add if you underestimated the space. If you've gotten this far, thanks for reading and I hope the remainder of this review helps you choose who you'd like to clean your carpets! We have come to the day of service! I received a text the night before letting me know what time he would arrive the following day, and I also received a text the morning of telling me how far out he was, which was very helpful for me so that I could make sure my animals were put away! Once James arrived he was very nice, and took a look at the areas I wanted cleaned, and also looked around the carpet for pet stains with a black light. (yikes! I may have to invest in a blacklight now haha!) Anyways, the blacklight was MUCH needed. James was very thorough during initial looks, and then got to work! I'm honestly writing this as he works because I have the time, and also wanted to be very thorough with this review because up until this point, I am super happy with the service. Update- Service has finished. The carpets look as new as the first time I saw them when the house was new! I can't say enough good things about James, and the service he provided. So friendly, helpful, and honest. I will be solely using Top Notch Carpet Cleaning from here on out! (And you should too! You seriously won't be regret it!)
