I was NOT disappointed. Monica is an amazing stylist. It's not easy for me to use those words, I don't meet many of her caliber so I was so happy to have been referred to her. My stylist was Kiana and she was pleasant, professional and easy to talk to. She was able to educate me on how to maintain the silk press, which lasted for about a month.
