My neighbors use Blissful Paws and recommended. We contacted and u fortunately Gov Cooper had issued a close executive order for any non essential businesses due to COVID-19. I did reach out via email and received a quick response that once essential businesses were allowed to open, Boomer would be placed in the rotation. We weren't sure just how long that was going to be, so we attempted to groom Boomers long 3" hair ourselves..not bad, but def not professional. Received a text that a Blissful Paws was okay to start working again,,,,Yay!! Boomer has had spa day twice and he looks awesome each time,,,she does a wonderful job...is friendly, courteous, and knows what she's doing! We feel very very fortunate that our neighbors shared Blissful Paws with us! Highly recommend!!!

About 10 days ago, our daughter brought her beloved cat to Tar River Veterinary Hospital for a flea issue. A veterinary technician applied a topical flea treatment during that visit. Yesterday, after continuing to see fleas, our daughter called the office to ask whether a second treatment was necessary. She was told yes and instructed to bring the cat in. When she arrived, a second dose of the same medication was applied. Only after administering the treatment did the technician review the chart and realize the cat had already received the identical medication just nine days earlier--far too soon for another dose. At that point, they quickly washed the application area with Dawn dish soap and instructed her to take the cat home and monitor for signs of overdose, including drooling, seizures, or neurological symptoms. She was told that if any of these occurred, she should take the cat to an emergency veterinarian. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no offer to keep the cat for observation--despite having just warned her of potentially serious side effects. She was simply sent home to monitor the situation on her own. The following day, my wife went to the clinic seeking an explanation and to express our concerns about how the situation was handled. One would expect the first question to be whether the cat was okay--but that was not the case. This entire experience was extremely stressful and deeply disappointing. It has left us with little confidence in the clinic's attention to detail or concern for patient safety. As a result, we will not be returning.

Anyone who has had red Dobermans know they are know for their red dog smell. Jeffrey is the first groomer to EVER stop this. I can cuddle around my dog for once and not be deterred if his read end is closer to me. My dog smells good for the full 3 weeks up to the next groom. Love Jeffrey he is practically family. He takes such care with each dog he grooms. Anyone who says anything different I would truly question. He has groomed 3 of my dogs and I've stuck by him through 3 prior places until he could own this making mobile shop- YES! That's how good he is! My dog gets so excited when I say Jeffrey's here! Do not bring your dog here! I would give this a zero if I could…read more I brought my puppy here yesterday. I was told to drop her off between nine and ten AM which I did. I told them that I DID NOT WANT HER SHAVED and made that very clear. She told me to pick her up at 4:30pm which at the time I thought was an awful long time for them to have her. At 3:15 pm I got a phone call saying that they were running late and to come at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm to be told that my puppy had not been started yet!!! I should have taken her out of there immediately. She did not start her until 6pm when she shaved every hair on her little body all the way down to the skin. She knew that she shaved way to much because she sprayed something on her and told me that I could put neosporin on her to make her more comfortable. She did not care about what I wanted for my puppy. She did not care one ounce about the puppy. My puppy has been uncomfortable all of last night and today. Do not bring your dog to this place.

You could tell more irl that it was cut a bit and had blood smeared. My dog seemed super happy to be there and walked right in through the dog gate to the back. When I was talking to the woman at the register she said that she (my dog) acted like she knew the drill and walked right into her kennel/cage which is incredible because she hates water or baths and usually tries to make a run for it at least she did when we would take her to Petco. Super friendly and helpful staff and extremely reasonable prices ($110 for an XL? dog: mini groom/teeth brushed and clipped nails included)l. My dog is usually between 105-110 lbs). They did SUCH a good job clipping her nails. Even the vets we've seen in the past can't do a good job and sometimes miss nails altogether. They did a wonderful job. Would come back and skip the belly shave. Parking is a loading zone at the front of the shop. It's "downtown" Raleigh but like on the outskirts so it's not too busy and it isn't difficult to get a parking spot if you go in the morning. Drop off is between 8-10am. I dropped her off at 9 and they finished by around 3 (like 2:45 to be exact haha).

We have a new puppy now, and they've shown her just as much sweetness, helping her transition to regular grooming in a gentle way. We wouldn't go anywhere else for grooming in Raleigh.
