I pulled over and called to confirm they had coats in stock and that pets could come in. Me and my dog tried on 3 different coats - Ruffwear for the win - and I also nabbed him a stocking stuffer for Xmas morning. What a pleasant surprise. I was shocked that the employee said the store has been there 8 years! I'm telling everyone I know - my local family is full of pet lovers and will enjoy patronizing a local business.

One was when I inadvertently put a scoop of the higher priced (by .49) biscuits in my bag. Told the manager at the check out and he said he would have to charge me the higher price or I could go get another bag! ONE Scoop! The second was I purchased two bully sticks and only got home with one and when I called the owner insisted he put it in the bag. I said it was not in my bag and they should offer me another. Then asked to speak to the owner and while waiting was cut off. I spend on the average $85-100 month here. You would think they could keep a loyal customer happy?! Won't be going back!!
