We decided she needed to be pampered after having a rough go a few weeks back after being spayed. Serenah was so sweet to us the minute we walked in the door! She provided a thorough consultation and made sure she was going to perform the specific services I desired. She quoted me a price before leaving and reminded me her business was cash or check only. She asked whether I preferred to be called or texted once the dog was available for pick up. When I went to collect her roughly an hour and twenty minutes later I could not believe how beautiful she looked. She was so shiny and manicured! We loved our experience and Serenah assured us the dog did perfectly fine while she was being groomed. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Two Ears & A Tail gained a loyal client today!

They had been going to petsense and had been increasingly unsatisfied with the poor haircuts and rising prices. You could clearly see the blade cuts all over the dogs body and those groomers were obviously not familiar with the schnauzer breed haircuts as well. I had seen this groomers many photos on their facebook account and was impressed by the quality of their cuts and was so happy to see they already had schnauzer clients and did excellent job with those schnauzer cuts. So after much convincing, I finally was able to convince my senior citizen parents to try this groomer out. They were able to call and schedule the appointment with ease. Had their appointment today and they said staff was super nice and kind. Getting to the location was easy and parking was easy as well. The haircut was excellent and expertly done. The trim lines were perfectly straight and the perfect schnauzer cut with excellent beard and ear work. I don't know what type of shampoo they used but it's definitely good quality as made her coat even more whiter and shinier than ever. Prices were very reasonable and cheaper than petsense and didn't charge separately for nail trim or ear wash. Left their puppy squeaky clean and happy. So glad they finally agreed to go there. Our dog Louie is nervous meeting new people and around other dogs. Olivia was very patient with Louie and didn't push him. Louie did amazing with her! She was also very knowledgeable with both of our dogs. While we were there, a very rude lady came in and basically demanded she be serviced ASAP even though we were waiting to get Louie's nails done, and there were customers after us that were also still waiting. Both employees handled the situation with the upmost professionalism when it very easily could've been the opposite! They care about our fur babies!! They are a veteran owned small business. They offer…read moreindoor/outdoor kennels for boarding as well as daycare with playtime and walks with staff. The kennels have cots for the dogs to sleep on, so they aren't on a cold floor. They can also bring a toy from home if they would like. I don't think they allow blankets, due to soiling and such. They have a cute playground set up for the doggos with slides and play ground equipment (dog safe, of course). They also offer grooming. Our German shepherd has had plenty of spa days there. She also goes to daycare at least once a month. Whether we are on vacation or just sending her for a play day, she always rushes to the door to go inside. That tells me she loves it there. I've taken her to other daycares that she didn't even want to get out of the car, which is not like her. The staff are so sweet and take the time to get to know all of the pups there. They also let us know how Jaci did and who her buddies are when she stays. The pricing is very fair and affordable. Definitely recommend!!

Daycare participants are screened for temperament and health concerns before being admitted to daycare so this gives me peace of mind. Also, have boarded my labs here and the care taken is extraordinary. Appreciate that they have indoor/outdoor kennels available that allow dogs to go outside. Kennels are kept spotless and plenty of water is always available. Staff does an excellent job of attending to dogs' needs and following feeding regimen that owner requests. Bathing and grooming is well done and dogs were returned smelling like a spa day. Also have had training in doggie manners and good citizenship with top notch trainers. Our labs love it here and have been regulars for over two years with no problems or concerns.
