I took a step outside to get a picture of the pizza oven, what a beauty! I did not know it was the owner, but I asked the guy if I could grab a picture of it and in an Italian accent, he said get a picture from over here you can see inside. Our waitress was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast, And she had some large tables. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I asked the waitress while looking at the menu, I saw that they said some homemade pasta. She told me that they make all their pastas, breads, sauces, and pizza dough on site. We will have to come back and try some other meals, but the wood fired pizza was phenomenal. I had seen this place on the socials, and one time working my way back home when the expressway was shut down...I drove by it, and would've never noticed it if I hadn't known the name. The place is definitely doing the business, but you need to go. It is a hidden gem. One of the better pizzas in the drivable area for sure! The owners are from Italy, need I say anymore. Oh, I almost forgot that they have a nice selection of beers on draft. Seriously, reef donkey for five dollars. It only made the pizza that much better! And the sidenote when you get mushrooms on your pizza, you get a mixture of delicious mushrooms, all fresh, even shiitakes. The red peppers are freshly cut, and the onions are sautéed, which just adds another layer of flavor.
