He's always a professional, especially on my recent appointment. He was able to remove a small metal piece from my eye with precision, efficiency, and care! I'm glad that he is one of those doctors who only prescribes medication when it's necessary. After removing the metal piece from my eye, he prescribed some drops for me only after my mother asked him if he could (for prevention). The waiting times are unacceptable, the staff schedules an appt for 8 am but they don't actually arrive at the office until 8 am, therefore they are behind from the start of the day. Additionally, the pricing is out of control, instead of keeping contact lens "fitting" as part of the regular price of an exam, it is now an extra charge although nothing in the exam has changed, they now also charge a fee for debit/credit card payments--this is a cost of doing business and is abhorrent. So, nickel and diming patients as well as making them wait an hour for an appt--overall not a good way to run a business.
