When I walked back in the store and explained what happened, Maricelli blew up another balloon to replace the one that had popped. The other employee helped her, as well. All the balloons were restrung for me without me even asking. Maricelli helped me put them in the trunk and she was polite and sweet. Customer service was excellent! The balloons were also beautiful! They had a great selection and I used a rose gold color that I couldn't find at any other store. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I left or where it was in writing well it's not a policy so the manager got a call and said no refund. In addition one of the Silly String cans just ran liquid all down the side which Josefina said it before I even told her, she said oh yeah it ran down the side....no refund. Manager still a big no even though it was only one week ago but because I didn't call them within 24 to 48 hours no refund. I doubt I would have gotten one anyway. Josefina says well I can give you a store credit. Yeah like I'm really ever going to go there again. You have been warned there's other bad reviews starting to stack up.
