The guys were very efficient. My unit had a slow leak that required freon. AaronAir was very understanding of my financial situation and gave me options, ie add freon yearly or replace the unit all together. They were able to service my unit until I had saved enough money to replace the unit. Regretfully, the owners of AaronAir moved and the business is no longer available. I hated to see them go, they were fantastic!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AARON AIR In March/April…read moreof 2017 these guys came and recommended my upstairs unit be replaced...they came out and took forever trying to get the outside unit to function...one of my neighbors actually had to come over and do a voltage test to identify the problem as to why the unit wouldnt work...next they didnt have the tools to finish the in attic installation that day. Thy came back and eventually got the unit installed (but now my door bell doesnt work) FAST FORWARD TO SEPTEMBER OF 2017, my bedroom ceiling starts leaking, and ultimately a huge gaping hole developed causing major damage to my roof b/c the in attic unit was improperly installed and had the drainage pipes at an incline (even I know water doesnt flow upwards) I called in for a repair and the phone attendant, argued that it was my fault and I should have noticed that something was wrong with the unit before it flooded my attic---but ultimately the owner came and apologized and re-installed the unit and also added a drain pain (that should have been installed intially), now here we are ONLY 8 months later and my unit is OUT OF FREON ...called their service number again and was told that it is my issue and I would need to pay again.....NOW ANY HOMEOWNER KNOWS YOUR UNIT DOESNT NEED TO BE CHARGED WITH FREON EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS....my downstairs unit has only had freon added 2 time in the 7 years i've owned my home...this has been a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with these guys.

In a million years I never would have guessed that's what it was. The gentlemen working are extremely nice and the owner was super helpful. EDIT: Received a call from the business. They are going to come out and investigate why it is doing this. Any time a business is proactive, it gets high marks in my book. I will redo my review once that has been completed. I really do not like leaving bad reviews, especially when the people are great to work with. We originally had a gravel driveway that was constantly covered in grass/weeds so we wanted to have it covered with asphalt so we would have less maintenance. It was my fault for not getting other estimates, however, I had seen a review on this company on NextDoor so I went with it. Everyone I talked to with the company was extremely nice and helpful and my review has nothing to do with that. My review has to do with the quality after the fact. We had this done in August and I waited until now to post a review because I wanted to give it some time to see how it went before giving an honest review. About two months in, I noticed some cracks in random spots where weeds were actually growing back through. Well, I expected this after a while but not two months. I called and was told to get some asphalt sealer. I was hoping the owner would offer to come take a look and help but he did not. So we got some of that and used it on the spots we saw. Now we notice there are other areas that are bulging and cracking all over. For the amount of money we spent and for this to be happening 4 months after the fact is quite disappointing. I have never had this done before but have seen plenty of asphalt driveways and have never seen or heard of this happening so soon after. If I could go back, I would have gotten more estimates and done way more research into this. We spent a lot of money and are not very happy with the quality of what was done.

If you're looking for tenants who can't pay rent, Spartan Management is the company for you…read more They have a real talent for finding renters who vanish mid-lease or consistently fail to pay--but despite that, you're still locked into a contract. Ask why the tenant quality is so low, and they'll gladly terminate your agreement... without offering any real help or accountability. Birche Meese, the owner, once said: "Alas, sometimes folks have to experience a subpar management company before they truly appreciate the lengths we go to." Honestly? He's right--but not in the way he meant. After dealing with Spartan Management, I now have a deep appreciation for what an actual management company should be. The bar has been set so low, it's practically underground.

Your agent reached out to me and asked me to apply, and we went back out to the house and had an in depth conversation about the fact that the owner preferred me over the other applicant. So I filled out the application and paid the application fee. Then just four business hours later I get a message saying the rental is no longer available. I have a job, that's how I pay rent, you sent me a text at 9:00 on a Tuesday to submit additional information for screenings, and then at 12:30 I got a text saying that the property was gone... to the applicant you ALREADY had when the agent TOLD me to apply! That was an incredible waste of time and money for me, and your callousness about it all is noted. Don't worry about keeping my application on file, I already found another rental, with another manager. I'm a prime candidate. I'm sure this property owner would be really happy to know that you chose an applicant with a dog to move into her pristine house with brand new white carpets, when she specifically asked for no pets, when my application was already submitted and she (from what I was told) preferred me because I didn't have pets. You don't have the best interest of property owners or tenants in mind, you just want to move properties and you don't care if you bulldoze people to do it.
