Always refilling drinks and checking in. We started with the delicious focaccia service and an order of calamari. The calamari was a bit undercooked if I'm being honest--it squeaked against the tooth. The flavor was fine, presentation was beautiful (we asked for additional marinara) but it just wasn't our favorite even though we were happy to see both rings and tentacles/whole bodies. My branzino special (over Mediterranean risotto) was excellent. The bf had the pork Milanese, which he enjoyed--he's just not a fan of pesto, which was what the homemade fettuccini was sauced with. Next time he'd switch that out. Dessert was an amazing brownie sundae with TWO scoops of ice cream! The cappuccinos (no photos) were piping hot and served with mini almond biscotti--Thank you! #iykyk I'm having a dry October leading up to a family wedding, but I'll be back for the many gorgeous cocktails I saw being delivered to patrons.

Stefanos will forever be in my Top 5 Pizzas of all time…read more In Mansfield there are something like 18 places that offer pizza, and this place without a doubt to me is the best. I worked there in my teen years and there wasn't a shift that went by that I didn't have at least a slice, and when it was done right it was the best pizza I have ever had. Tom and his family and the all the original Stefanos crew were family to all their customers in town, and the new owners I'm sure are on their way to being that family for the next generations! And there are still OG's in the kitchen too who have been making pizza for me since I couldn't see over the counter

Our server, Cameron, was super friendly and chatty--all around personality plus. My one initial concern would be that he forgot to put our bread order in and we were drinking martinis on empty stomachs! Yikes! But we all came away none the worse for wear. The brûléed fig bruschetta special was amazeballs. Friends enjoyed salads. My chicken piccata was exceptional--tender and delicious, and the browned butter gnocchi were delicious--moreso the next day as leftovers. The lasagna was "different" but reportedly delicious as well. The spaghetti and meatballs were also hailed as delicious. I was a bit surprised that the house didn't comp for the birthday cheesecake (like Capital Grille and others do), but it didn't stop us from enjoying one of the most delicious slices ever. More lemon curd, please! The trio of gelato (vanilla, pistachio, salted caramel) were terrific as well.

It wasn't hard to find, just on Central Street. near the jewelry store. I walked in and there is (full liquor) small bar and a few high-tops - it's a smallish space. After lunch, they open the seating up the stairs, which houses more tables. There were a few people around the bar and everyone was relaxed. The pleasant bartender asked if she could help me, and I said I wanted to order something to go. She pointed towards a man sitting on a stool near the kitchen and I walked over. After looking at the HUGE menu, I decided on a Greek Salad with grilled chicken. I asked him what was on the Greek salad and decided to order a Greek salad ($9.25) with grilled chicken (add $2.00). I asked for it without fresh green peppers, tomatoes or onions. It came with lettuce, shaved carrots, kalamata olives and fresh feta cheese. I also ordered the House dressing which was a Greek vinaigrette!!! I waited about 15 minuets and then brought my salad home. I opened the carton and WOW! What a lot of chicken! The chicken was grilled perfectly with spices and cut up in chunks. It looked like a full size boneless breast. Lettuce was fresh and crisp, cucumbers crunchy and the feta cheese was not too salty. The house dressing was a creamy Greek and delicious! You also get a fresh half of a pita wrapped in plastic to keep it fresh. Really amazed at the quality and crest of the food. I have already been back once for the Greek salad with chicken and it won't be my last! I will always do take out as the bar environment wasn't for me, but they wrap it up very well and it always makes it home still warm!

The waiter brought a pizza that was not to his liking, so he left it and told the recipient he was ordering a remake. He was right. The remake looked totally different. We gave the waiter a heads up before ordering that we were splitting the check. With a large party that's just polite.
