Literally went yesterday and now all my dip powder nails are cracked..... they were closed today so I couldn't even call to ask about it. Probably won't go back.. but the foot massage from the green tea spa was great.

Decent job on the dip manicure and regular pedicure. The ladies are friendly enough. Discounts for cash services tips are ONLY cash no Venmo here. I hate upselling though and expect everything to be one. Polish removal $ Callus removal $ Massage $$ If you just need a paint on clean nails, this is an inexpensive option. Otherwise, it cam out to the same I usually pay and I didn't even get a massage out of it.

Went here for the first time. Francis greeted me and took care of my gel pedicure. Such an attention detail... will most definitely be back because I work in the areas and will bring my coworkers too !

Save your money and go somewhere else! Spent $80 on a pedicure + gel manicure that's peeling after 2 days and my feet smudged after I left the salon after spending 35+ minutes drying them. Clearly they use cheap products as my pedicure normally lasts a month + and gels elsewhere last @ minimum 2 weeks. What a joke.

Gel polish chipped in less than 24 hours

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! I received an acrylic fill-in with gel polish. At $70 (originally $66 but keep reading) it was bit overpriced, but I was in dire need of a fill-in so I said okay. When it came time for me to tip, the nail tech (an older woman) berated me for trying to tip on my card and said that she was going to tax my tip. Instead of this, I said I would just tip in cash. Then she demanded to know how much I was tipping her before she even ran my credit card for the cost of the service and then increased the cost of the service by $4 since I wasn't paying cash. I'm not sure who taught them business etiquette, but you run the card first for the cost of the service and then the customer tips afterwards. Completely unprofessional and I'm mad I even tipped at all. Now let's get to the service... the nail tech nicked me THREE times (without apologizing) but more importantly, the gel polish chipped tremendously (see pics) in less than 24 hours!!! Clearly their products are cheap because I've had regular polish that lasts longer than this. Between the poor quality and terrible customer service, it's safe to say that I will not be returning.

Love my nails! Started doing "builder gels" while I was in the West Coast and I thought I wasn't going to find anyone here that can do a great job like they did over there...called Classic Nails since they're across the street from where I work and had Cindy do them and she was awesome, cut them as short as I wanted them and was a perfectionist too! They only get 4 stars because i was charged tax...my first experience when using my debit card at a nail salon.

    Very happy with my manicure.

Great nail shop. Came here after work around 6.45PM and had to wait 5-10 minutes to get in a chair. It was still pretty busy inside, but this seems to be a popular place due to the affordable price and Midtown location. Nicely done gel manicure from the tech. I've noticed a lot of people taking issue with the staff asking for tips - if you can't afford to tip at least 20% on a $30 nail job while the tech spends 40 minutes meticulously doing your nails then you might be the one with the issue. They seriously take their time to make sure everything is well-done, and we're in the middle of Manhattan, AND this place charges less than others. Tip your nail tech properly! And in cash if you can. I will definitely be back.

I came here in a hurry before a graduation I was attending. I came in for a mani pedi, which I got in half an hour. The service was very quick. I don't know if they sensed that I was in a hurry, or if they work at the pace of the city. At the moment it was exactly what I needed, but I think I would've been a little bit bummed if I was looking for a more relaxing experience. The employees were very nice, and they were very prompt in fixing three of my toe nails that got ruined after trying to put on my heels. Having said that, I do not recommend spending $1-$2 for the quick dry; there was nothing quick about it. Anyway, I loved the work they did on my nails.

I love this nail salon! The prices are awesome and they do such a great job. The staff is super friendly and we had some great conversations. They were so accommodative!

Went to get my nails and toes done on a Friday because I had an anniversary dinner on Saturday, came here because it's across the street from my house. I told them i wanted SNS done and just a toe polish change. They gave me a whole pedicure and charged me extra for it. They made me sit in the pedicure chain while one did my feet and one did my nails at the same time. They charged me $85.50 , plus an extra $10 that ( $5 for each lady) in tips. So basically $100 for nails! What a rip off. I guess those are the prices you get for Midtown, Manhattan tho. Overall my hands and feet came out nice but they took an hour and a half and charged me way too much for my nails. Don't know if i'll be returning.

It truly creates a relaxing atmosphere. However, I've noticed that the quality of the mani & pedi has declined over the years, which has made me hesitant to return, even though it's in the most convenient location for me. These days when I returned, it's just for last minute color change to avoid more damage. I referred a friend to join me for a mani/pedi once, and she also mentioned that while the ambiance is great, but the owners should get their own mani & pedi done by their technicians, which I completely agree with. While I usually don't like getting my cuticles pushed or cut, I really appreciate that they respected that preference. However, when it comes to removing polish, it's done very recklessly with a lack of attention to detail. On several occasions, they've scraped the skin around the nails--sometimes cutting it to the point where it bled and required a bandage. When I mentioned this to the hostess after she asked for feedback, she dismissed it by saying I have sensitive skin. Since when is it normal for skin to be scraped during a mani/pedi? Additionally, I've had gel mani here twice in a row, and the technician over-shaved to the point where my nails ended up paper-thin that I have to ask the technician to apply extra coats to make up for it. One time, the technician even touched my skin with the machine that is used to shave the gel polish off. I've also had my skin scraped during pedicures, which is concerning. Every time I get a gel mani, within two weeks, the polish would start to lift on the cuticle side, which shows a lack of precision during the application. My friend got a regular mani & pedi here, and one of her nails chipped within a day. While I still love the atmosphere and the owners, the decline in the quality of the services, especially regarding polish removal, nail care, and attention to detail, has made me hesitant on coming back.

The interior design of the space is what pulled my attention when walking up 9th Ave. It is chic yet accessible and never approaches being or feeling gaudy. Very clean look (and space). Great color palate used. Very comfortable chairs. Good use of white space accentuated with green angular paint and golden decals and other ornamentations, all done minimally and with purposeful placement. Carmen (my nail tech) made good efforts and took obvious care to give me a nice buff manicure, all for only $27 (+ a small amount of tax). No nips or cuts. No pain. Textbook technique. Picked up well on when I wanted to zen out to the aura of the space and the well-curated spa playlist vs when I was open to a little nail tech kiki. Loved the sugar scrub they use for the hand massage. I take ownership for not getting the pre-cuticle work nail soak as part of the provided service. IMO, if a nail salon doesn't automatically incorporate the soak into your mani, you as the customer should speak up when the softening gel is pulled out and before it is applied. If they don't offer it? That's another thing. But I didn't test those waters and cannot speak to Nail Me Right (goodness gravy I love the business name!). So, keep in mind if the soak is your thing. They were very accommodating from the moment I arrived until I left. So I have a hunch this request wouldn't be a problem. Same with the end result. You as the customer are responsible for checking your nails / hands / feet / whatever before ending the appointment. I was late for my next appointment and did not, later seeing I would've like a little extra work done where the far end of nail edges meets the finger and a shinier buff applied. Again, I am quite sure Carmen would have accommodated had I done my part and spoken up before leaving. Still, I woke up the next morning to those slight extra bits naturally working themselves out (which points to the moisturizing measures NMR applies being of good quality), and my hand looking nice. I plan to pop in next time I'm in the area and in the market for some nail / hand / foot love, and hope you'll consider doing the same to support this family and what they're working to bring to the neighborhood.
