Not real happy with this company at all with their small print policies. Basically misleading advertising with hype and a money grabbing con job bad experience. The pistol a CZ82 with the century arms over destructive stamping on slide that I purchased was supposed to be the a "hand selected pistol" best outta ten for $20.00 extra. Made the transfer only to get home with this piece of worn out junk then inspecting it internally for a pre firing inspection. This pistol was very loose worn out and dirty with a various amount of powder corrosion in chamber and the barrel bore with a long gouge in it. I received a worn out and mismatched non firing way over priced piece of unsafe dangerous junk for a hand sellect best outta 10 price? This learning experience costed me $50.00 outta pocket with the transfer and shipping costs dumped on me only have to ship it back after getting on phone almost begging for my money back and complaining to them. It was real easy when they took my order with the promises of a great excellent condition hand select pistol.. Of course that went very smooth. Been reading more & more about this place with their used junk along with their terrible customer service issues. A hard lesson learned. What ever happened to good honest customer service? I would leave a no star if I could. Got a great big Classic FireArms let down as many others are experiencing. Do your homework before buying from these people. I will never patronize this store ever again. read more

We Ordered ( Purchased ) an Item back in May 15 2020. 8 Days Later we receive another email that Indicated Shipping Process with a Tracking Number for FedEx.. To this very date when we login to our account, the Tracking Number indicates the Shipper has NOT attempted to Ship-Out the package. Since May 15, I have sent numerous e-mail asking about our purchased property. The Only Reply that we receive is a Pre-Scripted Excuse Outlining that they have local schools closed down, Baby Sitters, short staffed, something about the Corona Virus, etc. For Some Reason, this Online Entity claiming to be a Gun Retailer, is Taking Peoples Money and NOT shipping out their goods.. I researched the web and found *Countless Complaints* regarding this classic firearms, and learned that I was Not the Only Person whom was scammed. I have threatened to revoke the payment with my bank but Have Not Yet Launched a Fraud Claim with Chase Bank. Tomorrow; ( Friday) I will open a Fraudulent Claim Charge on my Credit Card against this classic firearm online presence. I will also be contacting The FBI as well as the Internet Regulator ICANN and advise of the shady business practice, in hopes to Close-Down the website of Classic Firearms This seems like an Online Ring of Fraudulent Activity. We Only Wanted What We've Paid This Online Entity For. Only Wanted Our Order to Ship in a Timely Fashion. Now- Want Back Our Payment in Full / 100% Refund ! read more

First of all I want people to understand that most people that are happy with there experience of a web based company do not write reviews. The pissed of sure do so you can not rely specifically on reviews. Second, there are two sides to every story. For all those cry babies out there, if you approach life from a positive angle you are more then likely to have positive outcomes. Third, read everything before you purchase (like is it in stock) because if it is not you are going to wait until it arrives and that can be a long time sometimes, especially when it comes to all the import laws and quotas. But the bottom line is, if you are not happy send back your purchase as you received and you will get a refund. Just stop the hate and be responsible for your 50% of the problems you have. Now my review. I just bought another firearm from Classic Firearms (Sig Sauer P320 X Series Subcompact) and am very satisfied with every aspect of the process. Starting with the ease of the website all the way through delivery at my FFL, FLAWLESS. In the past if I have ever had any issues, Classic Firearms was just like their name, CLASSIC. Thank you again Classic for your assistance when it comes to my hobby and your commitment to our fight for the Bill of Rights our Forefathers bleed for. Lucius Foster Boca Raton, FL read more

Have been a customer of Classic Firearms for a number of years, with a significant amount of purchases having been made more recently. Overall, their product offering, pricing, customer service, and shipping, have been competitive and in many respects, exceptional. The product descriptions are representative of actual condition, and customer service is helpful and professional. Shipments have been timely and well packaged. If questions or discrepancies do arise, Classic Firearms has consistently demonstrated a willingness to resolve the matter in an honest and equitable manner. Their customer-oriented perspective is one that reflects the priority management strives to maintain throughout each transaction. Much of the positive interaction is credited to the efforts of Lisa, who is their Shipping Manager. Though she has her designated functional responsibilities that she normally attends to, she has been instrumental in providing the added effort to assure that the the entirety of each purchase, shipment, and any post-sale matters, are handled efficiently and satisfactorily. So, thank you Lisa for keeping this customer well served and supported. As well, thank you to the Classic Firearms team for upholding the mission statement of Classic Firearms. read more

Classic is the place to go to find almost any firearm you are looking for. Their turn around times are great, almost no waiting I usually get my purchase within 3 days time to my F.F.L. dealer and I find that the prices, including shipping and the charges made by my local dealer are still more competitive than any of my local dealers can offer. The selections are among the best and if they don't have it in stock, they will make every effort to provide me an alternative. I have made purchases of long guns, pistols, ammo., and accessories from their wide variety of products and have never been let down. I will tell anyone in the market for a firearm, ammo, accessories to check Classic first and then try to find the same item at a lesser price and also to check the quality offered. Price isn't always the only way to shop, availability is yet another purchasing point. I have been dealing with them for the last 4 years and they are always the number one on my list. I highly recommend them for any purchase and if you have questions, they are always willing to take the time to follow up with you.... GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH... read more

I can't think of one other website that offers more information on all types of rifles and firearms than Classic Firearms. Ben has excellent videos explaining the pros and cons of products sold by thier company. I truly feel informed, educated if you will, after watching the product videos. This method instills confidence in me to make a sound purchasing experience. I look forward every day to see what's being sold. I recently purchased some Ar15 parts for a build project. The price was more than fair, and the shipment was packed well for its journey and arrived a day early. I was also given a courtesy email, following up on the products I purchased. I feel like they really do care about thier customers not just for today but for as long as you feel you need them. They have always promptly responded to my requests and do so as if you are a good friend of thiers. I give them the highest rating possible as they set the bar very high for other competitors in thier field. I look forward to continued business with Classic Firearms and I highly recommend them for any need with firearm related needs, question or concern. read more

I have to admit i read others reviews and well Damn we must shop at different stores. I admit am kinda new buying from Classic Firearms only having made three orders but they all got here in under a week. I got what I ordered with no issues. I got a shock with my last order I bought a charging handle for my AR clunker for get this $15 and we all know branded ones go for $74 to $105 yes they are shinny and have a logo but my $15 version form, fit, and function is the same and fits right in to my AR a goes to work. AWESOME!!! Reading all the people saying surplus pistols and rifles are crap or a bad deal you never spent time in the service or you would know yes its your weapon its also a tool you use for any job you don't have a tool for. in other words rode hard and put up wet, brushed off and put back to work. Reality is if you want a new one buy one if you want a project buy surplus. I keep thinking of buying a Lee Enfield Mk4 but i know i will need to work my butt off for it to become the rifle i remember learning to shoot with. Clean it, strip it a 100%, repair it bit by bit, rebuild it and enjoy it read more

This company was referred to me by Baretta personally. So i never bothered to check the reviews. After i ordered i thought i would check and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Y'all had me thinking this company was a sham. I thought they were going to steal my money. I was freaking out. Let me tell you i got my product the correct product and much quicker than any other company has ever sent me something. So why lie on here because you get mad. I thought the few good reviews were the company or something. I wish more people would do what i did just now and realize the company got a bad name because someone is trolling because they had a bad experience. THIS COMPANY IS LEGIT AND THEY WILL NOT MESS YOU ORDER UP. When you have a big company referring this company you know its legit. Please ignore these comments or reviews and after you order please flood these reviews with what you honestly think! So this one nasty person don't ruin this pretty awesome company. Thanks for the fast delivery and transaction. If i need anything else i will be ordering from y'all! read more

Do not let the competitive prices fool you . This company is dishonest in there description of surplus and there j.r.a. builds . They have costumer service set up to confuse you and they put the blame on you. It's a set up too not do the right thing . In my case they over charged me and after many promises and waiting then calling back they waited me out and stole $61.60 from me .I have given up on them and will no longer do transfers or any business with this company . I am well known in my local gun community and have been told more than a few times to stay away from them . I tried and learned the hard way . It is hit and miss with them from what I have seen MOSTLY MISS . And need costumer service you are S.O.L. Just ask around . Now I do and there reputation is NOT good. By the way look at there website they pimp out GOD/religion for money .They are not honest . Do they donate to animal shelters/organizations ? Maybe donate to youth shooting - No . but they do pimp out GOD to make you feel secure in you business with them . read more

I've been buying from Classic Firearms since I became a collector. Every single time, and I mean EVERY TIME, I have been happy with my order. So far, everything I have has even included all matching numbers! I always pay the extra $20 for hand select, but I always get a $100 smile in return! My latest purchase, a YUGOSLOVIAN SKS complete with grenade launcher, fold out bayonet, in stock cleaning kit, and all the fine leather accessories is by far, the nicest weapon I have purchased from you to date. The others were always nice, but this far exceeded my highest expectations. I honestly don't think it was ever issued. Looks 100% new. I just love it. Thank you for your hard work, honest reviews, and super fast shipping. For those of you new to this. Just buy a Mosin-Nagant 91/30. The first shot will have you hooked, just like me! Then buy a safe, you'll be filling it up just as fast as I did! Respectfully, John T Chaumont, NY read more

This experience with Classic Firearms was not only great but very quick and without problems. This is my first AR-15 I am building and I have ordered numerous parts from other websites and vendors but Classic Firearms was by far one of the best. I have had shipping problems; sending the wrong product happened to me, wrong description of a product on the site and then I receive it and it is something completely different than what the picture showed. All these problems and none of them occured dealing with Classic Firearms. You guys sent what was pictured and other than the delay a representative told me about due to excessive orders and being a couple days backed up, everything went smooth and as planned. I will be ordering from you guys again when I start my next build which will be an AR-15 but instead of a .223 Wylde it will be a .300 Blackout. Thank you and I look forward to doing business again. read more

I have purchased from classic firearms 3 times now and the first two times they were quick and the products I received were as advertised. With that said this recent purchase of a saint victor in 5.56/.223 I placed the order over a week ago and was told my order was ready for shipping the next day. A week later and the order has not shipped, I called in to find out what is happening with the order. A girl named ash told me that everything is fine and sent an inquiry to the warehouse to see what is the holdup. I check my order status again at 430 and it has been changed to pending cancellation. WTH!! I tried calling back but the phone line already said they are closed for the day. I was a dedicated customer until this and now I am seriously bugged out that they would cancel my order with no information being relayed to me as to what is happening. read more

My first purchase from Classic Firearms was back at the end of August. I purchased a M91/30 Mosin Nagant, hand select Izzy. I did not pay for the matching bayonet but that is what I received and it is definitely hand select. That was only the beginning, in addition to that 91/30 I have since bought two more, two Finnish M39 Mosins, and a K11 Long Rifle for a total of 6 firearms. Maybe I'm just lucky, but all of my orders were exactly what I expected. I have ONE M91/30 that is in the processing stage so maybe this will be the order that disappoints me, but somehow I doubt it. Good quality from a good company, I'm always emailed and I've spoken to Amanda and William who always seem happy and willing to help me or answer questions. I highly recommend this company. I'm always looking for an excuse to add another firearm to my collection. 5/5 stars. read more

I have entered there contest ever time, I have a chance this September. I honestly had a great experience with Classic Firearms. I ordered a firearm on Monday and had it, in hand, by that Thursday. When I received the firearm, there was a small issue with the grips not matching 100%. I contacting the customer service department at CF's, and they offered to contact Browning for me to get the situation resolved. A few phone calls and a week later, I had my match set of grips for my new Buckmark. This was honestly one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a firearm. And as my wife would tell you, I have purchased a few too many in the past few years. I have seen some of the other reviews on here, and all I can say is perhaps Classic Firearms is listening and has upped their game. Thank you CF's for a great experience. I would certainly purchase another product from you in the future. read more

As ALWAYS, it was a pleasure to do business with Classic Firearms. Matt goes above and beyond with every one of my orders to ensure my needs are well taken care of. While I was on the phone with Matt placing the order, I was receiving E-Mails confirming my order, as well as receiving a sales receipt. I also received an E-Mail notifying me that my order was shipped and my FFL Dealer received an E-Mail informing him an order was enroute. On the day of delivery to the FFL Dealer, I received an E-Mail reporting the order was out for delivery and once the order was received, I received a final E-Mail stating the order was delivered with the name of the person who received the order. Their customer service is top notch they are second to none; the Best of the Best!!!!!!!! OK Jones read more

I had been wanting a "good" AK variant for a while, however, price and quality stopped me from making a purchase.....after educating myself on what I wanted...I went about finding where to get it...and Classic Firearm's had been mentioned in other circle's so to speak,Ben and the folk's at Classic Firearm's treated me like a family member..their customer service rep helped me out and I am now the proud owner of a AMD-63 AK variant and could not be happier...and so now when I need something, I know they have it and it will be in my mailbox or FFL dealer in no time.I have purchased other item's since then with complete confidence, and would recommend them to anyone who want's a safe buying experience with great customer service!........ I have placed multiple orders with Classic. Never disappointed! I've read a few reviews that are critical of the product condition and/or timeliness of shipping. Just remember - if you are ordering a "used" firearm, it won't be perfect (usually far from it). Most will be dirty, have holster wear, and may even have surface rust. These are the reasons why they are not as expensive as new! A little elbow grease and all of my purchases have turned out great (even if I have to have one Cerakoted it's only another $70-$80). Delivery times - they sell a huge amount of surplus weapons. I can only imagine trying to keep up with the volume. Just be patient! In the end, if you need a virtually flawless firearm NOW, then go to a local gun store and be ready to pay full price. read more

BEWARE OF CLASSIC FIREARMS I ordered 9 magazines, package arrived undamaged, no tears or rips however there were only 3 magazines inside, I called Classic Firearms and they said there was nothing they could do. I filed a claim with fedex and they denied my claim saying they cant honor the claim because there contract with classic firearms requires them to file the claim with fedex. They refuse to file the claim because they don't believe that only 3 magazines were delivered? I've spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and to deny simply filing a claim with fedex over 80$ in magazines is ridiculous. On top of this I even ordered the shipping insurance. Do your research and you will realize Im not the only person that has been scammed by them read more
