A couple of days prior to me going to pick up my vehicle the adjuster with the insurance company calls me to ask about my car and mentions that my car was totaled out. At this point I'm so confused because the portal for caliber collision says my car is almost done being repaired. I'm lived at this point because there was no communication from a live person on this matter, when a car is totaled you don't just let a portal tell someone that you give a phone call. Finally when I go and purchase my new car after the fact the man who does the estimates Randy I believe at that location acted as if everything was all fine and did not take any responsibility for the matter. It's the principle of the matter yes I was able to get a new car in a pinch but not everyone is a financial place to do that so quickly. Like I have worked with him specifically on repairs before and he had no problem reaching out to me before to let me know if something could be repaired or not why was it any different this time.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing regarding the unacceptable handling of my 2019 Chevy Blazer at your South Tryon location. What should have been a straightforward repair has instead become a prolonged, deeply frustrating ordeal that has resulted in the total loss of my vehicle. This vehicle was not simply transportation. It was a gift from my husband, and your facility's failure to properly protect and secure it has caused significant emotional and financial hardship for my family. For nearly two months, I have been without reliable transportation while receiving little reassurance, accountability, or meaningful resolution from your company and its constituents. On March 30, 2026, a Snap-on truck backed into my vehicle while it was parked at your facility. The incident was captured on camera, yet the driver fled the scene afterward. Since that date, my husband and I have been in continuous communication with the Caliber Collision team in an attempt to resolve this matter, but those conversations have produced little progress, accountability, or meaningful resolution. At this point, the inconvenience and damages extend far beyond the vehicle itself. The lack of urgency and responsibility shown throughout this process has been extremely disappointing and has forced me to consider pursuing legal action if this matter is not immediately rectified. From this moment forward, I am formally requesting that Caliber Collision provide an appropriate cash settlement for the financial burden and inconvenience caused, or alternatively provide substantial compensation or a voucher toward the purchase of my next vehicle. Given the circumstances, this is the least your company can do to begin correcting the damage that has been done. I would appreciate a prompt response from management regarding how Caliber Collision intends to resolve this matter before further action becomes necessary. So 1 week later to add insult to injury. I get a response from my husband stating caliber collision legal statement is they are not responsible for the accident that happened on Caliber Collision property advised me to file a police report and seek legal action to SNAP ON.
