About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The car no longer locks manually, with the keyless entry or by the buttons inside. This is how they returned my car to me. All the shop could tell me was that they didn't do it. They most certainly did - as all locks were in working order when the car was dropped off. They also left me with no seat belt in the back seat. I have no idea why they lifted my back seat... but they never pulled the seat belt back through the hole leaving a back seat passenger without a seatbelt. Although they are nice to you on the phone, they don't deliver on completion dates, they broke things that worked prior to the car being in their possession and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
