We thought over time they would lighten up but they never did. We decided to eventually sell the house and we wanted to get the house cleaned by a professional. We hired Wolfe and Whisker and we're completely blown away with the results. I thought I had stumbled into the wrong house. Is this guy a magician on the side or something. Every spot I knew of even the hidden ones were completely gone. It looked like brand new carpet had been installed. The carpets smelt so fresh it was very eye opening. I'm throwing our carpet cleaner in the trash and I'm just going to get these guys again. Rodney showed up when he said and was very professional. This guy is the real deal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

This last visit was a bit more work intensive, as we had them re-stretch all the carpeting in our house. The previous owner of our house had installed good quality carpeting, but evidently went cheap on the installation. After just a few years, the carpet in every room had huge waves in it - some big enough to trip over and keep doors from closing! Brian and Mario pointed out exactly what had gone wrong with the original installation and then took the time to make sure it was fixed the RIGHT way. It was a lot of work, but they were happy to go the extra mile for us. And now, we're incredibly happy to not be tripping over carpet wrinkles anymore! We'll definitely keep using Fiber Care in the future because of their quality work and professionalism.

The reason why I chose to go with him is bc of the good reviews and the deal. That's the whole point of running specials, to gain recognition and build a happy customer base on Yelp. So apparently, I now need to waste my time getting a refund for my deal from Yelp. He told me he would recommend others who are cheaper, because his services are too good for me. What kind of customer service is this? What's worse is that we got disconnected due to bad connection, and he hasn't called back nor is he picking up the phone when I call. It's pretty obvious he's avoiding my call now. Does he really think I'd keep this to myself when I bought the deal on a REVIEW SITE called Yelp?
