He went around the house and said that we had 10 areas and 32 stairs. He also had some blue light that showed him urine. We just bought this house and the owners before had a large dog. Because of that he added $250. The original quote was $420, but when he came he said it would be $700. Which was high but it was fine as long as there wouldn't be any urine and stains on the carpet. We agreed to the price and he started his job. We have a big house over 4,000 square feet, so we thought this would take him the whole day. He started at 9:30 and was done by 12:30. Both me and my mom were confused and thought how could he be done so quickly. He tried showing us pictures on his phone of before and after, and to be honest we didn't notice much of a difference. I didn't take before pictures but I've attached the after pictures. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it's because it's still wet and we should wait till it dries to see a difference. No the carpet looked exactly the same. This was disappointing and I would never use this company again. Also not to mention he was being incredibly rude to my mother and talking down to her. She doesn't speak good English and he would say things and make little rude remarks. I didn't say anything because I thought it would be fine as long as this guy cleaned our carpets the way we wanted it. I would stay away from this business all together.

To my surprise, Troy picked up the phone and we were able to schedule a cleaning for the next morning! The next morning, Robert came to my house with all of his equipments. He was very thorough and even worked really hard to clean the stuff that was left by the construction people doing my house. I'm very thankful that I found them, and I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone I know! I'm a satisfied customer!

Kelly Cleans consistently does a great job with their pressure washing services. The difference is always noticeable once the work is done. I love that he is able to do appointments after 5PM since I'm not able to get off work any earlier than that. He was on-time, actually about 5-10 mins early and had no issue finding my house. Once he came inside, he made sure to put on the little blue shoe gloves so that he didn't trek any dirt into the house. He took a look around, moved some furniture around, and then got started. Everything was finished within one hour: two bedrooms and a living room for $159 (including moving of furniture). He was quick, easy and efficient! Pricing was great too!! He charged me exactly what he quoted me. I will make sure to do yearly cleanings with Freddy from now on.
