She then rudely responded with "no we weren't. I'll just tell you when you get here!" And then rudely hung up on me again! I couldn't believe how disrespectful she was being during a holiday weekend! Under no circumstances do you hang up on a customer for simply asking a question! At this point there was no way I was giving this establishment my business. Why would I? I then called ShopRite in Denville and asked the same question. A young lady at Shoprite liquor who answers the phone politely responded "the kosher wine is on aisle 6, right at the corner by the little bottles." I was able to quickly head in and out. Now THAT'S customer service! Morale of the story, always treat customers with kindness especially when they are being respectful. I live locally and spend a lot of money on alcohol because I host several events throughout the year. Not only will I never shop here but I will tell my family and friends not to either. Because in addition to having inventory, customer service is part of the job and it matters!
