Pictured here is the: Brewhouse Sharing Board with a premium selection of salumi, including San Daniele Prosciutto, Salami Norcia, Cacciatorini, Capocollo and Pancetta. Modern, comfortable, clean and well presented. Most, if not every drink, is on tap. Beer, wine, cocktails. Just one pull of a lever and BOOM there is the cocktail you're ordered. Their burgers are master pieces of beef and bun, with three different styles of bun to choose from, including a potato bun. On their dining boards you'll be presented with your burger, fries, sauces, and a slice of pickle which looks like a murder victim which has been thrown out of little car. The only issue I had here was deciding what to order, you know you've found something good when everything on the menu sounds great. The food didn't take long to reach us and the staff where very polite.

There is a small section of onsite parking just behind the stand. It wasn't a busy night when we went but I could imagine just how quickly a Christmas style parking lot traffic jam could erupt. Do yourself a favour and park down Frances Street, it'll only be a minutes walk tops. Ordering is quick and the menu is simple. Nine different burgers, pictures in front along with ingredients list. The wife and I went with a Cheesy Jeezy and a Signature Chubby, both as a combo - can of soft drink and chips. Wait time wasn't long at all. We didn't plan on eating there as the seating is right next to Parramatta Road - this being said, it wasn't nearly as loud as I thought it was going to be. Great value for money. Both of our combos were only $12 each! They were very generous with chip portions, only issue was that their chips were bland even with chicken salt. We couldn't eat them. I have no idea where they sourced their potatoes from but they need a better supplier. The burgers were okay. While I was eating it I didn't notice the beef pattie, it was certainly there but there was no outstanding flavour or texture. Their special sauce was enjoyable, but other than that there wasn't any "oh my gosh" moments. These guys have a lot of potential. I hope that they can beef up their beef and really establish themselves in as Burger Bros.

Also I would not recommend using the car park, as people were parking all over the place and blocking the exit. There are two side streets nearby

It doesn't taste anything like the real thing. But it's nice in its own way. The pork strips was nice, the pork patty was strange and the pork chop part was a soy based patty which I've eaten at plenty of other places. There was also this egg which wasn't a real egg,I liked this! The outer white part of the egg was Crispy,it's like a wanton egg My mum had the hainan chicken which was not like the real thing and was fried. It was a little burnt and hard to eat The missus had this rice dish, not much taste to it but still ok. Prices are resasonable, food came out at reasonable rate It looks like what you order is how you will enjoy your experience here

This will definitely curb your meat cravings! Can you believe that this wasn't even the biggest burger on the menu?! Got us drooling thinking about this! What an amazing atmosphere!! Available as a pop up on Fridays and Sundays, this diner takes you back as if your right in America. The staff were super friendly and attentive and we didn't have to wait long for the food at all! The cheesy fries and the heart attack fries are a must get as sides and don't forget the dawgs - a steamed dog topped with bacon and melted cheese!
