Cat people know the anxiety is real…read more If you've ever left town and immediately wondered, "Are the cats plotting revenge or are they okay?" then you get it. We used Denver Pro Pet Sitting while we were on vacation and it was an absolute lifesaver. They checked in on our cats, made sure everything was taken care of, and sent updates that made it clear our little furballs were living their best lives while we were gone. Reliable, communicative, and clearly people who genuinely care about animals. It's such a relief knowing your pets are in good hands instead of just hoping the automatic feeder doesn't become their new enemy. 10/10 would trust them with our cats again. Pretty sure the cats didn't even miss us.

Denver Pro Pet Sitting deserves all the praise in the world! First, they have great communication…read morewith multiple ways to communicate with your sitter. You can text, email, or respond in the portal. The sitters give you great detail on your pets bathroom and eating habits and medications. They also provide lots and lots of pictures! I was unfortunate enough to have an emergency while on vacation with no way to get home quickly or call anyone. Nelson and my sitter were absolutely amazing in handling the situation with urgency, care, and communicated with me the best they could given my limited availability. I hope I never have another emergency when I'm gone, but if I do, it's Denver Pro Pet Sitting I want taking care of my pets. Finally, they do their best to assign the same sitter every time. I really love seeing my sitter comment on my dog's health improvements since previous visits and makes me feel like they genuinely care about my pets and their well being.

I am convinced these people are aware that they are getting puppies from a puppy meal wherever…read moretheir breeder is out of state. We've bought two puppies from them about 15 years apart and both of them had serious medical issues. Most recently we had to put down within 10 months of getting her. The person that was talked to at the store had no empathy that dog had died and said well that happens sometimes. you're required to sign a one year guarantee that if the pet passes away within that time, you may be entitled to a refund. That form right there seems wrong of itself Despite the puppy having a genetic disorder, no one has zero empathy that your pet just died no matter how old it is. When you get defensive right off the bat about having to sign a piece of paperwork, you know you're doing something wrong. I hope the pain of guilt you felt when we told you that Chloe died sticks with you for the rest of forever. They said they were not going to change any of their practices and have been doing the same thing for over 50 years. This is extremely concerning to me and will be reported to the local Humane Society the Better Business Bureau and anyone else we can think of in order to stop puppies from being sold at this location. Whatever your reply is business owner you can't stop us now. Enjoy looking at the puppy that you is no longer with us.

As I started my new hobby of aquatics, aquatic dog was a store I constantly went to as I prefer not…read moreto support big store companies and this store was the closest fish store to me. ive spent hundreds of dollars here at this point and while I am aware of this hobby being an expensive one. that doesn't excuse the problems I have with this place: to start, the hospitality here is extremely poor. as I've stated, I've spent hundreds of dollars here that I do regret (the prices are absurd) but on top of it to walk into a store more than 5 times and feel like I am I am bothering the staff there just by walking in... Genuinley never got a "hi welcome in", a smile, or any kind of indication that as a customer, new one at that is welcome in their store. I was fed up with this by the last time I had gone on Thursday 03/26/25, I had spent an absurd amount of money on drift wood and plants after feeling like a bother walking in once again, the guy that helped me was so disregarding of my presence so I felt like I couldn't just say, "never mind, this custoner service is not up to any standard". they clearly don't care about customers other than the profit they make off of them. sad to see this in small businesses like such, but it's not all of them. About Fish in Westminister is an amazing choice for fish stores in denver, despite it being a busy Saturday, they came up to me to help and made the entire experience comfortable for me. Do better AquaDog.

I was initially reluctant to post a negative review about Gentle Touch, but after getting an email…read morefrom Chewy yesterday which would require me to go through this hassle again, I thought it appropriate. Many years ago I took my previous dog to Gentle Touch for surgery on a tumor near his eye. The surgery caused cherry eye. On the follow up appointment I was told I needed to schedule another procedure to fix the cherry eye. I asked if there would be a charge since it was a result of their surgical work, they replied they would charge for the procedure (to fix something they caused). Decided to find another vet. After a number of years I returned there because I didn't appreciate my current vet basically telling me I had to buy Tri-Heart from their online store or else come to their office, pick up a prescription, mail it to Chewy and wait for the order. Previous vets I had worked with were ok with a phone call from Chewy to verify that the Rx was issued, and they sent 12 month supplies to me as ordered. Before making an appointment with Gentle Touch, I specifically asked if they were willing to verify the Rx on the phone and was told they would, so I made an appointment with them in good faith. After the vet tech finished with me, Dr. Chad Van Koot came in to the exam room and informed me that they would not verify on the phone as I was told they would (the only reason I scheduled the appointment), that I would have to mail in the Rx to Chewy, then he offered to let me take the dog and leave with no charge. I opted to stay since the tech had already done some things and being an ethical person who believes that their time is valuable as well (even if they don't believe mine is), I grudgingly accepted paying the $90 charge. The vet gave me a paper Rx, I mailed it to Chewy then was informed by Chewy yesterday that the 12 month supply I ordered was being substituted for a 6 month supply because that's all the Dr. prescribed. Which means in 6 months I have to go through the process again. Ridiculous. We're talking about heartworm prevention here, not narcotics. They obviously knew I was unhappy because I got a call later that day from a woman at the practice who spent much of the call badmouthing Chewy, saying they are a fraud and that they got in trouble for selling fraudulent drugs. Yes, Chewy did have a problem a few years back... with fish food! I've been buying heartworm prevention from them for years with no problems. Other than the fact that I don't appreciate Chewy only shipping via FedEx, they have always been a good supplier of products for my dogs. At one point while the woman on the phone was badmouthing Chewy i told her that my experiences with Chewy were far better than my experiences with Gentle Touch. By a mile. I tired of the woman's gaslighting quickly and ended the conversation. It's always somebody else's fault with some folks. After learning that I would have to go through this dance again in 6 months, I called them to voice my displeasure and was told that they would email me a Rx in 6 months. Chewy will not accept emailed Rx, they want originals. So Gentle Touch wants me to go through this again in 6 months. I'd rather pay for another vet visit than go back there. The clinic was far less clean than others I have experienced, the people are nice, but in the end, it's the worst veterinary practice I have experienced in a lifetime of caring for dogs. I won't be back unless it's a life or death emergency, you can be certain of that.
