She had a booth set up for those who may be rebuilding a vehicle and had questions on how to best get their vehicle Title in place. After answering several questions regarding my 62 Vette project Leesy went through the process of how Classic Auto Title could help. Once I decided to move forward she gathered all of my information and went about getting everything filled out for a title submission and back to me for signature in just a couple of days. Once signed she submitted everything to the State and set up the process to have my VIN verified with the State DPS. In very short order the VIN inspection was complete and I had paperwork in hand to go to the County tax office. The County tax office went very smooth our Title was ordered and Registration submitted for a specialty Tag which also included a temp Tag. The new Title was back in less than three weeks and I should be receiving my specialty plates any day now. Leesy was amazingly helpful with what I thought was a hopeless situation. I purchased a 1953 Chevy truck from my good friend, who had purchased it from a widow who's husband had not finished restoring it. Unfortunately, she could never find the title to the truck that had been in their family since it was new. My friend had a letter from her talking about the sale and her inability to find the title, but my friend never bothered to work out the lost title issue and never worked on the truck for six years until he sold it to me. Leesy Palmer at Classic Auto Title is fantastic. We had an issue with a title of a 1947 Ford Super Deluxe that we bought from a couple in Connecticut. They had never actually put the car in their name when they bought it from a gentleman in Washington state as Connecticut doesn't require them to do so to register it for plates. When we received the title they had actually signed it, but it wasn't in their name. With Leesy's help we were able to acquire a bonded title for Texas. All that is left to do is take the paperwork to the tax office and complete the transfer. She answered a hundred questions about this process and did all of the work necessary to get it done. Week later I had an appt to meet the officer to verify my vin. No wait, just pulled up and was in and out in a couple mins. After that I had my paperwork in the mail in a few days. What a terrific resource for a clueless classic car owner like myself. After owning my car for 30 years, I discovered the title did not match the VIN on my 1958 Corvette. Classic Auto Title is the way to go. Nothing is worse than dealing with the DMV. Classic advised on the best course of action to register my 1988 HMMWV. First they arranged for my vehicle VIN verification in Fort Worth. Then they did all of my paperwork and sent it to me complete and neat. I spent eight minutes in the Southlake DMV.
