I was having issues with my files and bleed setup, and instead of making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, he took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done. I had to re-download files and the whole process could have easily been stressful, but Jared stayed patient the entire time and even showed me a much easier way to include the bleed without having to manually fix every single page. That alone was a LIFESAVER. What stood out most was how comfortable he made the process feel. He answered my questions, explained the printing options clearly, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. As a small business owner working on physical products for the first time, that kind of service means a lot. I'm really glad I found IMAGE ZONE and I'm looking forward to working with them again. Dan was fantastic to work with, he couldn't have been more helpful. I brought in my own plain hats and a picture of a logo I wanted embroidered on them. Other businesses would not let me use my own hats that I had already purchased. Dan let me know that for future orders he could get the hats for me at a better price than I had paid, but we could use my hats since I already had them. He then recreated my logo on his computer because they need a file with the logo to be able to embroider it on items. He emailed me a sample of the logo for approval before they proceeded. Then he spent about an hour with me looking at different color combinations in addition to showing me around their business and explaining how the process works and the steps they take to ensure quality. The hats were done on time and I couldn't have been happier with the final product and the process of working with Dan and his team! My logo ended up taking more stitches than Dan had originally estimated but he didn't charge me any extra! I highly recommend SoCal Impressions to anyone who needs screen printing and/or embroidery done!!!

I admittedly provided an extremely tight deadline for 3 full color banners I needed to have…read moreprinted. After sending over the sizes and artwork, I assumed we were good to go. This was on Wednesday late evening. Come Friday and I had not heard anything back despite calls, texts and an email. Friday afternoon I panicked and went to a local FedEx print store to get the banners I needed printed. FedEx was extremely accommodating and got all three of my banners printed beautifully. The total for the three banners a 4x6, and 2-2x2's, was $265.38, which included an$65 up charge for rush delivery. After deciding to go with FedEx, I did the right thing and emailed Signs4Realtors back that I had gone in a different direction. Ten minutes after paying FedEx, I finally recorded a response from signs4reLtors that "your banners are done, total is $357. So me, being a fellow small business owner , I thought tk myself "let's pay for his banners and use them for something else". After not receiving a call until the next day, in fact the next day in the afternoon (less than 24 hours before my event), h finally received a call from Dave. Dave was primarily calling to collect overpriced payment. I reluctantly gave him my credit card info and I finally received confirmation as to when/where I'd pick them up. I had to pick them up on event day from his location, outside since they're closed on Sunday's. After picking the banners up, I unrolled them to find that the quality of the banners was totally unacceptable. Each one had a bad light green bleed over the whole thing. My company banner was even distorted expect though it was sent in a png format. I'm huge on quality control, so I was not able to use the banners at all. Now for the third installment of my negative experience. The day after my event, I sent the owner an email expressing my concerns in an almost exact document as this Yelp review. I asked for a partial to full refund. I received a very quick reply (very surprising) that I would be given 50% back. Could have ended there, probably would have not done a Yelp review to save other people the hassle of worming with this company, but his response included a long paragraph on what I need to do better in terms of turnaround time, sizing, and quality of logos (reminder, FedEx had zero Problem with the Tight deadline or logo format). I thought this was totally unprofessional, especially since he took zero responsibility for the lack of communication and the absolute awful work he provided. Needless to say I won't be using this company ever again, but would also like to educate other small businesses that are liking for quality service, and affordable prices. This is not the one.
