The Bondi 9 might be the most comfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet -- an absolute game changer. I can be particular about color and sometimes hard to please when I have something specific in mind, but Robert went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. I explained what I wanted/needed, she made a few recommendations. I made the selections and she brought out several pairs of each. She had me sit and actually put the shoes on my feet!
