I didn't even go in expecting to leave with shoes, but with Robert's expertise and friendly persuasion, I walked out with the perfect pair. The Bondi 9 might be the most comfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet -- an absolute game changer. I can be particular about color and sometimes hard to please when I have something specific in mind, but Robert went above and beyond to help me find the right fit.
