The second I walked into kids foot locker I was greeted by Erika and she immediately asked if I needed assistance. To me that went a long way. I work in customer service & it's really the small things that "seem" like your job that you can actually exceed above what is expected. One smiles and greets me the other says nothing, they go about their business as do I. I decided to take my teenage son shoe shopping, now this is no easy task! Believe me teenagers can be very indecisive so when we finally agree on a pair of tennis shoes I am eager to get them tried on, and paid for so that we can get out of the door! Now I assumed this would be an easy task because when we walked in there were no other customers. By the time my kid chooses a shoe I can't get anyone to assist me, I can hear voices in the back but after waiting 5-10 minutes I decided to go to the cash register because the young lad there was helping a couple with a return. I'm not impatient I did not mind waiting so we did. Once the young lady was done she shouted out "that's the only size I have".... me not thinking she's speaking me doesn't respond because she never even said hello so how could she be speaking to me? Come to find our she was! She then shouts out again "did you hear me? That's the only size we have!" Me being so appalled at her level of customer service just looked at her and walked back to the shoe area to see if we could find another Air Max that he liked. That shoe was a 6.5 but he needed a 7. I think my son was turned off as well because he said forgot it and we put the shoe back and left! I don't know that we will return... I mean why should we if the level of service remains mediocre? I refuse to patronize establishments who offer just okay service, or to even consider Recommending my friends or family. All in all, I will say that again the first person who greeted me was nice but it was the person at the cash register that turned me off to bad I didn't get names But that's OK because there is always an edit button and if I do then I will come back and update. Just a heads up don't expect much from the customer service! If you can do what we did and just went to Footlocker downstairs attached to House Of Hoops. I will also be leaving a review for them way better experience!

9.27.24 I am on the…read morefence about how I feel about this location. I have been a customer for many years. The staff are super friendly and helpful, however, they are understaffed. At my last visit in August, I waited a while before an associate assisted me with a scan to do an assessment of which type of shoes I should purchase, stability or neutral. I requested that the scan be emailed to me, but it never was. Over the last week or two, I tried calling to request it. I tried calling closer to closing thinking it would be lighter for them to assist me. The line went unanswered after many rings. This week, I decided to call at 10 a.m. this past Monday when they open. Cerise answered and put me on hold for 12 minutes. I hung up and called again. She said it was busy and got my info and said she would return my call in 15 minutes. 15 minutes came and went. It's now Friday and still no call. I even left a voicemail later this week. The automated system said calls are returned in 24 hours. Apparently that is false. I decided to go into the store at opening and finally got what I needed. Shawn, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Two recommendations I have is that they need to hire more staff and do a better job of answering the phone and returning calls. I gave them three stars because the service when I am in the store is exceptional.

The gal who helped me was wonderful, I used the machine and didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. I was ended up finding a show that was fit for my feet. I have the hookah Clifton's light pink! I also splurged on the comfort insoles. I ran five miles this past Saturday and the shoes fit and feel great! I did have to size up and I wonder why I hadn't done that in the past. I suppose being a 10 is large enough to me. Great customer service, wonderful experience will be back
