Barnie's Berries is a woman-owned you-pick-them farm with strawberries and raspberries. My eight-year-old daughter and I picked two small provided buckets. They filled one of the store's brown boxes and cost just under $30. The berries were delicious! There are no restrooms outside of port-a-potties, but there is water and a sink to wash your hands off the side.

It is truly wonderful to be able to freshly pick so many different things (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries) in one friendly and easy spot. My…read morehusband has been searching for his perfect steak for the last few years and I'm happy to say, he is pretty darn pleased with the Wagyu Rib Eye he cooked tonight. We purchased a number of items and this was the first one he tried. Lisa explained to us what Wagyu is exactly (we didn't know) and how their farm operates and it was quite interesting! There is a lot of information on their website or just ask Lisa!! They also carry Angus Beef as well as American-Wagyu. Lisa also explained to my husband how to cook Wagyu and to our surprise..NOT on a grill. He followed her instructions and is very pleased! We will definitely be back for more but for now we are stocked. He looks forward to his next steak!!! The Farmstead store has some other items as well including some very awesome full zip hooded sweatshirts (currently $20!) high quality and I have to say I have been living in it If you are local and are looking for a great steak, definitely make an appointment with Lisa!!
